Take my review with a grain of salt. The book was given to me as a gift. I don't watch the show Pari is on and I've never read anything else he has written. I've not seen him speak either. I'm not sure why I was given the book except that Pari was probably doing a presentation with someone who I have seen before (and read books by) and maybe it was just one of those things when someone figures all those people are the same and the follower of one is a follower of all (I'm not even really a follower of the other person in the truest sense).

Reviewing what amounts to someone's journal when you don't think very much like them and you're not a big-time fan is just not fair. I don't know the guy enough to want to know what's in his head and after reading, I still didn't. I'm just not the right audience.

My favorite parts of the book were knowing the local places he spoke about. Especially the Rocky Point rides and clam cakes.

Fun read and a must for any fan of the original Paranormal Rockstar

One man's existential and physical journey through a year in the life. Honest, raw, and open, it pokes holes in the belief that any amount of fame makes life easy.

Written in the style of a journal, this book offers an honest look at the struggle to balance family and individuality while living through a year working for the TV series Ghost Hunters.
