"Cooking in Paradise", a 2001 first edition culinary vacation guidebook, is authored by Joel and Lee Naftali. The book describes 150 culinary vacation tours and presents 50 recipes from tour sponsors. Contact information and costs for the tours are also presented in the guide. This book is a fun read and very helpful for planning European, Asian, and South America vacations. The book also has descriptions for United States, Mexico, England/Ireland, and Canadian food tours. This is a very rudimentary cook book. The authors don't even bother with a theme. And the text is laced up with spam.
