Lucy comes home to find that her mother is uprooting her from her life. They move in with their new family only to find one of her new roommates is the tormentor from her nightmares, Landon Miles. What does she do when she realizes that she's falling for him?
Landon is your typical bad boy that doesn't answer to anyone. When he makes up his mind, that's it. He decided that Lucy was exiled, so no one had a choice but to follow his decision. That is until he decides he wants her. Then he does everything to have her. Oh, and he doesn't just want her he makes it clear that she is his.
I let my body relax against his and I could feel his smile. He placed the ball in my hand and showed me how to hold it. Once I got that down he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me even closer against him. I felt him everywhere and there’s nothing I would change about it. My breathing grew heavy and I pressed myself even harder against him. He nuzzled my neck and placed a soft kiss there so fast I almost missed it. He bent me over some, “so you need to…” oh he felt so good against me. This is so weird I hated him for so long now I love being in his arms. I am falling for my tormentor, how fucking ridiculous.
Follow Lucy, Landon, and their family as they go through their own personal journey of happiness and what it means to finally get to end of the tunnel.
I have always been an avid reader. As a child, I dreamed of writing books like The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. I used to write so many things in my journal. None of which were actual diary entries but chapters for stories in my head.
It wasn't until recently where I had the courage to take something I actually wrote myself and upload it. It took a lot of coaxing from friends, but in the end, they won.
I didn't think that anyone would be interested in my books, but the feeling I got when I saw my book - something that I wrote - on Amazon for purchase... there's just no words to describe how overwhelmingly happy and shocked I was.
So what happened next? All of those new chapters and stories that I wrote and normally leave on my desktop taking up memory on my computer's hard drive also made their way to Amazon. I write because I have stories in my head and I like them enough, that I don't want them to be forgotten. I know as a reader I believe that stories and memories are meant to be shared. I only hope that my readers get as much satisfaction from reading my books, as I do writing them.
Every possible triggers in this book for me; Cheating, abortion(they had sex numerous times without protection) rape plus really immature main characters with a dose of bad grammar!

I can't tell you how much I loved this book... Spoilers ahead...
I felt the hurt that each character went through. I can't believe how much I wanted to hate Landon because he was such a dick to Lucy so many times but I loved him and he was one of the sweetest guys. They had so many bad things happen to them...they could not catch a break. In the end Lucy really needs to grow the fu** up and realize that Landon is her soul mate and she needs to know that he won't chase after her for the rest of her life...she needs him and he needs her. She was wrong to get the abortion without him knowing...he had every right to be upset and she just ran... I am so nervous and excited to read the sequel. Don't get me started on Nick...he is A fucking mazing. I'm looking forward to hearing his story in the third book.

Book starts out okay. Characters are not believable AT ALL. Lots of cliches and silly situations. Heroine is a mat for the Hero but turns into a badass with other characters halfway through.
Lot of cliche dialogues.🤣....badassss bt not really.🤐...hero is a dumb and asshol😒e..he was tormenting her because of a very silly reason🙄..heroine was / is (always) a doormat but suddenly became fake badass🤢 .....nd yup hypocrite tooo🤮...why?dan raped her and killed her baby😭...crying whining and getting revenge..😡bulshit at same time she goes and aborted her own child🤡🙏 ...their symbol of love🤥...but out of curiosity gona read second book...🤫
If you're looking for a book of a doormat heroine who has unnecessary issues, a hero you wanted to be killed off in the book because he is a big DB that cheats on the heroine even after her attack and a plot that has no sense of direction, then this would be your book.
Okay so first of all, I'm kind of upset I didn't realize this was a series because now I have to read the rest. Having said that, I never thought I'd actually enjoy reading so much about teenage drama as an adult. The relationship between Landon and Lucy starts off horrible, as he's basically been the ring leader in bullying her, but we later find out the reason why. Everytime Lucy lets her guard down, Landon messes up and everytime you think it's unforgiveable he gives you a legitimate reason to forgive him. I don't want to give anything else away but this was a great book!
I truly hate to give a review like this but this book doesn't even rate the one star. The writing was so juvenile and the story was all over the place. Not to mention, the author clearly copied both scenes and ideas from books more well written.
I am not sure where to begin. According to Goodreads this book only 200 and some pages. With kindle only showing locations and not pages I am not sure but it felt more like 900 pages. Every time I thought ok we are at the end nope another break up or drama.
Not to mention this must be self published because there are so many places where the wrong word is in there but spelled correctly.
All of this said I will finish the next book mainly because I know they are going to on Ohio State University campus. That's were I went and will be able to recognize things. And to see how much more drama Lucy can cause and feel.
