Step-by-step instruction in the practice of the Tai Chi Chuan solo form (including many photographs) is presented, followed by a chapter describing the two-person exercise known as Push Hands, for which the Wu Style is famous.

If you are interested in real tai chi chuan, not the new age watered down stuff, this is short book is a must read.

Wen Zee's book is well written and provides you with a brief history of the art and an explanation of key tai chi principles. Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan is a powerful martial art and one of the three original styles. It has been passed down through the Wu family. Please note, that you cannot fully grasp the principles without practicing the art. The art is experiential not just intellectual.
