Such a cute cute fun story! Quick and easy to read, too! Ashlie Knapp is a new to me author and I am pleasantly surprised and happy to have taken a chance on her! This story is a stand alone and has a very……..ending. Ha! No spoilers in this review! If you are looking for wild and crazy, out of control alphas, then this is not the story for you. However, if you are looking for a hometown, boy next door, heart melting story, you will be delighted with Playing to Win!

Playing to Win by Ashlie Knapp is a fantastic book. This book is the first of a three book series. There is a great cast of characters, and a great storyline. Usually I get nervous about books about sports players, because me personally, I like romance. I was surprised to find a nice mix of both in this book as well as some drama.

Callie is a college student as well as a member of the dance team for the Thunder basketball team. She has aspirations of being a journalist, and to report for the spor

I received this book from the author in exchaange for a review.

Playing to Win is a fun romantic comedy that you all will enjoy!
As I read this book I was constantly laughing out loud and yelling at Callie to go get the hunk, yelling "WHAT!?!?!?" when the author through a 180 curve, and then yelling "yes!!!" when the story was going the way I had hoped.

My husband though I was crazy talking and yelling at this book :)

Ashlie Knapp has created a romance you will not forget and will not be able to stop talking about. This is the first one in the Playing series.

Knapp is able to construct these relatable characters, even though they both do not have normal jobs.

This is one of the cutest books I've read in a loooong time. I am so sad it has taken me this long to get to it. So many, books, so little time, but there is no excuse. I have had this book for a long time. It was such a gem wasting away on my kindle.
I loved how the book featured locations in Oklahoma. As an Oklahoman transplant it's nice to see places from home in a book, it makes it more real. Ashlie's characters Cassie, Kyle, Callie and the others were so relatable, quirky, fun, witty and so

Playing to Win is a sports romance stand-alone novel by Ashlie Knapp. It’s the first book that I have read by this author and I was really impressed. If you are looking for a refreshing, easy read with likeable characters then this is definitely the book for you. I think what I liked about this book was that it was about two characters with obvious chemistry trying to build a relationship rather than just ripping each other’s clothes off 10 minutes after they meet – I’m not sayin

Playing to Win is the story of Callie Thompson and professional NBA basketball player Kyle Kelly.

Callie Thompson, a college student by day and an Oklahoma City Thunder dancer at night, has been burned by athletes before so she has a strict rule never to date another athlete. She believes that they will all break her heart. This is ironic since she spends her nights beside plenty of professional athletes.

However, one night changes all of that. Callie runs into Kyle literally and, after a game of
