Wavering between 3 and 4 stars...let's say 3.5. Overall liked it, apart from one or two pieces of advice which I found a bit too dogmatic. The use of real-life examples was certainly interesting. Also I come from a software background, and I thought the balance between theory and application/technology was good for most readers. ...more

Enjoyable Read

A little brief (I kept wanting more examples.) However, I learned some things which is the mark of a good teacher. Clearly the author has a lot of experience and wisdom, and the writing style is succinct.

Loved it because it is based on the last decade of research and advances in the UX-for-forms field and presents what is the best practice in all fields (for forms):
- Design
- Copy
- Error handling
- Validation
- Components (ex: avoid pickers)

A reference that I will most certainly refer to in the future.
