I really enjoyed this book. It is mostly picture-based and contains a lot of photographs (including some in colour) of Hitler which I had never seen before. The author is an ex-Nazi, one of thousands of Germans de-nazified after the war, and thus offers a different point of view for once. Don't get me wrong - the book is far from being pro-Nazi (and rightly so) - but I prefer to read such books from people who actually experienced historical events rather than outsiders.

The text is minimal, so if you're looking for a detailed history of Hitler's life there are better books out there; however, in portraying a graphic rendition of Hitler's rule in Germany between 1933 and 1945, this publication is excellent.

a very comprehensive study of Hitler. Easy to follow and not too biased one way or the other.
