I liked the concept of buying on terms which I had been exposed to before, even after finishing the book am not so sure how you would sell it without also selling the house on terms, and also it doesn't talk about buying on existing terms and explain how or why the bank wouldn't call that in. So interesting idea but makes one wonder how it is done without paying thousands of dollars to have them teach you at their seminar.
