Manure, southern accents, self-absorbed boys, and new faces are all a part of the maze that have become Ruth Deloach’s life.

Her world is sent spinning when she finds out she is going to be ripped from America’s Dairyland to live in the embarrassingly small tourist town of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. The blow is slightly lessened by the news that her father wants to start

This was a sweet, hilarious story. It had a well-paced plot and I can’t wait to read the next book – I kinda felt like it ended with a cliffhanger, even though it wasn’t exactly a cliffhanger, because I wanted to read more! I also enjoyed the characters … and, of course, my mouth started to water every time a horse entered. :P I need a horse, guys … need not want.

And you know what’s weird? It wasn’t cliché! There are so many books and movies out there about a city girl moving to the country (pre

Fourteen-year-old Ruth is the main character of the first book in the Horse Haven series. Ruth finds her world is suddenly changed when her father announces his desire to move – to a large horse property.

Peter misses living on land and around animals and is keen to set up a ranch. The fact that he is wealthy means he is able to invest in this dream – he just needs to find the right property. Ruth doesn’t want to see her father unhappy, but she’s not sure why they can’t secure land in Wisconsin w

When Ruth Deloach's father announces he's selling the house and moving to a ranch in southern Missouri, she's sure her world is coming to an end. While the move will give her life on a ranch with horses to ride, she will be losing all of her friends from Wisconsin, and the life she's built in the North.

Out in the backwoods of Missouri, Ruth learns some important lessons about friendship, trust, and life on a ranch, which can be messy, hard, and rewarding, as long as you can get past the fact tha

Isn't the horse on the cover of this book just so adorable? It's little snip is so cute! I'm a sucker for horses with cute snips.
No Pizza Delivery? is the first book in the Horse Haven series. We follow along fourteen year old Ruth as her life is turned upside down. She goes from living and average life in Wisconsin to being forced to move to a small town in Missouri on a ranch. No Pizza Delivery? is a sweet and silly story about Ruth adjusting to her new life.

I received an ebook copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

No Pizza Delivery? is the story of Ruth Deloach. She has a comfortable life in Wisconsin, until one day her father announces that they are moving to Missouri to open a ranch. Even worse, their new place is in the middle of nowhere, they are so far out that they cannot get pizza delivered!
Ruth soon discovers that she knew a bit less about horses than she thought she did, and that she has a lot to learn. Will the new farmhand,

Pizza is not Everything

Ruth Deloach is a typical adolescent girl from an evangelical Christian family. Her emotions are sharp and honest and her concerns are human. This book deals with change, teen friendship, parental loss and new beginnings. Even though the writing is a bit sketchy, this is a nice clean young adult read. Would like to see this series on Kindle Unlimited.
