I'm a big fan of paranormal romance, particularly anything involving an Angels theme, and I'm really enjoying The Touched Saga so far. I cannot wait to read the third installment, especially after that shocking ending in Unfaithful.

The Mark of Fate is a short story which offers some insight into Evan's backstory. While it's a decent addition to the series, I can't say that I was particularly blown away by it, and I felt it could have added more value if it had been fleshed out a bit.

Complimenti all'Autrice!!!

this was ok - still didn't explain jackshit though - this series is so very confusing - i cannot go on - i know i'm being dramatic but it's annoying to waste my precious reading time on crappy-ass books

Interesting backstory for Evan. The short novella gives a glimpse into Evans mortal life before he died and became an Angel of Death.

A nice look into Evans past, though I feel it created more questions than it answered. Worth reading anyway.

Good backstory but unnecessary for separate book, backstory is basically told at some point in the books.

This entire series leaves you wanting more. It is well written and I promise you won't be able to put it down. You might plan for a weekend of seclusion, because you won't get anything done until you've read through the entire series!

3 1/2 Stars...

As always, I truly love how this author is able to so eloquently put to print the story to be told and The Mark of Fate is no different. This very short novella lends insight to Evan's story. I quickly devoured this short story. Yes, I have now referred to this novella as short three times in as many sentences and that is why I'm rating this book 3 1/2 Stars. In the end I found myself wondering why this information was not just incorporated into one of the full length novels. I'm

This prequel is quite short and to be honest I read it after Touched to get more understanding of Evan and his past. I felt there were more questions than answers and it was a brief glimpse into his life before he became an Angel of Death. There was no clarification about his early struggles or feelings about who he had become. This book is not essential to the series and personally I would skip it all together.

The Mark of Fate by Elisa S. Amore is another novella from the Touched Saga. This time, we follow Evan from before he met Gemma in present day time. We delve into his past and shown more about him during his time when he was alive and what his home life was like, making him into the character we've come to know and love.

Amazing

I chose this rating because it has become one of my ultimately favorite sagas!!! I loved everything about these detailed stories! I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I was nervous and anxious. I had every emotion depicted in the stories throughout the entire journey from start to finish!! I would recommend these books to everyone I know!

Good story

I read the books Touched and Unfaithful before reading this and I enjoyed the short story of Evan. It gave me a little more background information on Evan and his love for a Jamie.

I like very much how the author presents Evan. This gaves the opportunity of knowing a little bit more about him and his life before Gemma. I'm still intrigue as to why he got the mark and about his dreams.
