Slightly repetitive but well informed, this book presents a Miss Barnes ( as she preferred to be addressed) in a sympathetic and understanding light. Mr. O'Neal only knew Barnes in the last 4 years of her life but was an integral part of her daily affairs from 1978 - 1981. I won't say much more because this memoir unfolds beautifully and succeeds in documenting the full course of a freindship. Highly reccomended!
