This book is quite good, but so simple. It is very easy to read and includes lots of common sense. This books makes you reflect on yourself and how you control your emotions and reactions. It's a quick read, but that's only because I didn't do all the exercises. There are tons of writing prompts that will help you work through whatever is happening at work. I'm going to definitely get myself a personal copy so I can refer to the plethora of writing and reflection prompts.
