Lots of good information here. Several reminders and additions to the original book and also some more in-depth looks at being a coach leader.

Really a great extension of the first Results Coaching book, building on the knowledge and skills that were presented there. This book was easy to read and felt very usable, for the most part. The only complaint was the last chapter, which felt like a "plug" for their coaching services. However, I will use this book as a continual resource for instructional coaching.
