كتاب رصين يستعرض فشل الجهات الحكومية في تقديم خدمات الكترونية متوافقة مع تطلعات المواطنين ويستعرض تجربة بريطانيا في هذا الخصوص ويقترح في نهاية الكتاب بعض النصائح التي قد تساعد كما قال للانتقال الى عصر الحكومة الرقمية

Bought this years ago and have finally got around to it. Lots to like - history and big picture of government's decades of difficulty achieving its digital ambitions and lots of practical models and choice quotes to shore up the strategies and slide decks of people like me :)
