Recommends it for: anyone interested in fitness, especially novices
Like so many other good books, this one hopped into my hands from a library shelf :) I'm very glad it did. It had some very good information, but, more importantly, it was outstanding inspiration. It's broken up into very short - 1 to 2 page - tips. Each one is a quick, engaging read, and I learned something from most of them. Even the tips that weren't new to me were fun, and helped me stay motivated.

This would be an excellent book if you're trying to stick with an exercise program. This book
