Our generation has grown up on TV detectives like Magnum and Rockford, but the ones in books are the ones that let our imagination decide how the characters look and sound. In Lawrence W. Ericksons inaugural offering of his Nate Harver Thriller Books, we are treated to a sound story line, exciting scenes of action, and a feeling that justice was served (there is a cliff hanger at the end to whet the readers appetite for more). Mr Erickson spun a yarn that kept me in its web from start to finish, and I want to read his forthcoming works of fiction. It was a challenge to figure out who were the good guys and who the bad. This novel has everything I want in a volume of murder and mayhem, and nothing I dont want in the plot.

That being said, I had to deduct a star for too many errors - three in the first 17 pages. There is no excuse for either an author or editor to allow their instead of theyre. The other errors were just
