Action and love hit every high note!

Rege was saving the world one galaxy jump at a time, but this time he was looking out for a fellow ‘brother’ when he offered to save his daughter. Amethe had been kidnapped but Rege knew all the scum in the universe and was uniquely suited to help.

I LOVED these characters. They were down-to-earth, resourceful, funny, smart and clicked better than veggies and jello ever could! They listened to each other and respected each other’s opinion. Of course, they also

I was kind of iffy on reading this book. I’m wasn’t looking for a book to read – I have many books on my e-reader and my shelf that are unread! Should I even add a new-to-me author to my reading list at this point?

Luckily, my sub-conscious nudged me to go forward with Rege’s Rescue. Sometimes I just need to stop thinking so much and go with my feelings. It can pay off just like it did when I read this book!

Speaking of going with feelings, in Rege’s Rescue, Rege and Amethe need to figure out how

Since I really liked this author's other book of Emerald island, and also happened to be a big fan of SFR, I thought I should give a try.
The beginning was kind of slow, it took time for me to actually get into the story. About finish reading 25%, slowly interesting.
Hero/ Rege
-Bad Ass
Heroine/ Amethe
-Daddy's girl

The reason why i like this author is the heros she writes. My heroes need to be little jealous and possessive.
Ms. Garson didn't disappoint me at all!

I normally struggle with Sci-Fi romance. Not sure why, but my brain just has a hard time envisioning the high-tech stuff which usually disrupts my enjoyment of the romance. That wasn't the case with Rege's Rescue. Like all of the books I've read by Dena, the story flowed easy for me and let me simply enjoy the romance. And who doesn't love a story where the big bad rescuer is the one who ends up saved in the end? I love watching the alpha heroes fall!

Dena definitely delivered on this one!

in Rege’s Rescue, Rege and Amethe need to figure out how to do that too. We’ve all seen it. Two people who are obviously developing feelings for each other, but they think of a million reasons why it will never work. In Rege’s Rescue, it will take about 230 pages for the heroine and hero to figure out the payoff, but it is so worth watching them do it. In the meantime, Rege and Amethe will have some adventures, get into trouble and need saving. And repeat! The book is mostly romance, but there i ...more

A race against time to save a friend’s daughter from a fate worse than death for any woman. Being sold on the open market by slavers. Once the mission is successful. The hard questions are left to be answered. Why was Amethe kidnapped? Who was the mystery person that was willing to pay a fortune to have her?

Dena Garson brought to life a world of intergalactic travels. With fast-paced action and strong characters. Rege’s Rescue was a great read from start to finish. Where not only the hero of the

I was given a free copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

I liked it. Definitely. A solid romance during dangerous situations. It was well written. It just felt like it lacked depth. There wasn't much scifi to this romance, other than it takes place in space. Everyone seems human, just living throughout the galaxy. Some of the people, places, events aren't explained much. Like they were there superficially. There wasn't a lot of explaining or back story. The entire book revolved around the roma

I received a copy of this novel in exchange for an honest review.
I honestly didn’t expect to like this novel. It sounded like a space opera, which it not at all my genre, but I was so wrong! Rege’s Rescue was a great romance novel and may have opened a whole new world for me to explore.
The novel begins with fantastic action, a la in medias res. I love when a novel does that. Too much preamble makes me antsy and frustrated, and Amethe’s story doesn’t have any of that. The reader is immediately th
