Whatever this was, wherever it took me, I wasn’t going to hold back. I was all in, to whatever end we found ourselves in. Feeling that was staggering. Accepting it was freeing. But living it was redefining.

Allie is the San Diego Shock’s athletic trainer and has been enjoying the traveling and work but life on the road can be lonely. When the hottest member of the team league Luke Archer propositions her to have a confidential sexual relationship with him Allie can’t help but accept.

”Was a few weeks or months of wild abandon with Archer worth the risk of losing all credibility?”

Sports romance fans, this was such a good read!! I loved it! It had a sexy, swoony, heartbreakingly sweet hero who not only had fallen head-over-heels in love with the heroine but was also a loving, caring guardian to his three younger sisters. Seriously. Talk about SWOOOOOOOON!!!!! And his relationship with the heroine was all kinds of forbidden because they worked together so everything had to be secret… I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a swoony

Luke is even better than he looks.

I know you’ve seen the cover for Stealing Home but maybe you should study it again…

Look at those muscles. I mean he’s like a work of art. Guess what? Luke Archer is almost perfect on the inside too. I can confirm that Nicole Williams knows what boxes to tick to create the best hero.

Hmmm…let’s tick them off one by one and see if you agree with me.

July might just be the month for sweet epic reads. Stealing Home. OMG. So good. My heart was lost to Luke at first smirk! Nicole Williams brings us Stealing Home, the story of baseball star, Luke and Allie, the one of the team’s athletic trainers. She’s been on the road with them for a while and although she’s noticed Luke before, she never imagined he ever would notice her. With the life of traveling with the team, her love life has suffered greatly at the grueling schedule – something her and ...more

Wow... Girl, you were cheated on by your highschool sweetheart. That's more like a stinging slap by life on your arse, not burning to your morrow. I hate characters who over dramatize their hardships and use them as an excuse for being a moron.

The cover of this book awoke the love of science in me. And then the heroine drowned it in her cuntiness. It all started okay, would have given it 3 stars pro

This year seems to be the year of the Baseball hero. Or maybe it’s just seems that way because I’ve read quite a few this year. I'm not complaining, love me men in tights, swinging their bats. Needless to say, each one I've come across this year has been different in some way.

In Nicole Williams’ Stealing Home, she gives us an amazing hero in Luke Archer. It’s no secret I love Alphas and anti-heroes, but sweet guys can be just as strong and standout as any bad boy. An

Attempting to steal home is a very risky move in baseball, but is it riskier than trying to date someone else on the team’s payroll? Luke Archer is a star player on the San Diego Shock, and being a star comes with it’s own stereotypes. Allie’s the only female employee on the Shock’s traveling team and as such she holds herself to a high standard, she wants everyone to know she made it there because she deserves it and because she’s a damn good athletic trainer.

Hm, where to start

Well, we can go with quick summary:
Allie is an athletic trainer on baseball team, and as a woman she needs to be extra professional and hardworking, because well a lot of people always have snide remarks how she (or any woman in lot of professions) got there by sleeping her way to the top.
Our hero, Luke, is a baseball player in a team she works in. For couple of months they didn't have any major interactions, he spotted her right away but bid

I've got to admit the book-cover to Stealing Home was a sure eye catcher for me. Couple that with a baseball themed book blurb and I was a sure thing reading this book!

Stealing Home is a love story set deep within the MLB team the Shock. Star player of the Shock is Luke Archer. There isn't a pitch he can't hit. With one of the highest batting averages in the game, he's got his fair share of offers...from teams AND women. But one thing is for sure- l

This was beautiful...*sigh*

Stealing Home was indeed a beautiful story, a sport romance, in true sense of the word –with very specific and detailed descriptions of the game itself, but is also deals with the most common of issues between two people – trust, acceptance, fear, and it also brings out the wonderful sensation of what real love should and could feel like when delivered throught the words and actions of Luke Archer , a professional baseball player, the star of the
Really enjoyed this!! Luke was kinda perfect. I love how he chased her, I don't read many chasers these days. I have to take one star off for the conflict that occurred during the end just cause it stressed me out so much lol. I also wish we had gotten his POV!

Want a sweet, sexy, and sporty romance book. This is the book for you. I'm used to reading about cocky, arrogant, manwhore athletes, ones that think theyre better than all, so this book surprised me and had me adding Luke Archer to my list of book boyfriends since he was nothing like this at all. He's an amazing person, team player, and an absolutely beautiful lover. Luke & Allie have found the perfect love. Definitely a book id recommend !!!

Well, I have kind of mixed feelings about this book... And here they are:

1. Amazing hero, more perfect than you can imagine. Luke Archer is too good to be true!

2. Annoying and stupid heroine who seems to be cute and reasonable at first but later turns out to be someone with low self-esteem and undeserving of a man like Luke Archer.

My first Nicole Williams book was highly enjoyable. I enjoyed the story and the characters.
Luke was especially surprisingly sweet and caring. I loved that he wasn't that cocky athlete we tend to get. I was just melted goo when you saw his vulnerable side - when his text messages with his sister was revealed, all that he says to her, and his actions.

LOVED it!!!! I think Luke Archer tops all of Nicole's heroes...including Jude Ryder, which is hard to do, but I can't help it, it's true. Luke was just overly swoony and all kinds of awesome! I still love Jude though. And I'm so glad I got to read this early. I've had my sights set on this book for months and wasn't disappointed. Probably my favorite Nicole Williams story to date!

“Never underestimate the ingenuity of a desperate man.”

Nicole Williams delivers another heartfelt romance centring around professional baseball. This book was everything I love in a sports romance, sweet, hot, sexy, a touch of the forbidden and a little angst. I've just re-read/listened to this via audio. The narrator is new to me but I was impressed by her voices for male characters. The dialogue never took me away from the story and I enjoyed her tone throughout.
