The future is a strange place...
Not intended for children.

It’s been eight months since Merlin has heard from Dr. Allison Smith, and he’s beside himself with worry. He has to convince King Arthur to bring the knights on a quest into the future in order to figure out what’s happened to her.

But the future brings with it many wonderous and often frightening experiences. Even

So many euphemisms for male privates (many of which I've never heard before) that had me snorting with laughter. It was fun to see Scottish King Arthur's character included in this crazy adventure into the future, with Guinevere joining Merlin, English Arthur and his knights through the time machine.
I think the humour might not be for everyone, definitely not for children, but I found it hilarious and it reminded me of the old comedies that I enjoyed as a child, very slapstick.

I'm a fan of most of Logsdon's series, but this one doesn't make my "must read" pile like some others. While there are a few standout characters, it feels like many are still very undeveloped. This isn't to say that the book isn't funny or entertaining, but I guess I rely on character development to keep me interested between funny parts. I would still recommend it, but to those looking for a quick read without too much investment required on the reader's part.

Comedic Arthurian Bundle: The Adventures of Queen Arthur

comprised of The Ring of Veiling 1 Knights in the Past 2 Knights in the Future 3

Past meets future meets past meets monty python, on drugs, while doing drugs, and Logson might have taken 1 too many hockey puck shots to the head, tho to be totally truthful after the 'puck' issues...he seems the same as pre-puck, so pucked up doesn't seem to matter overall. He and his cowriter are so 'wrong' they did the pendulum swing to 'not right'

As promised King Arthur has returned to the future, the long awaited day is here when he steps foot into modern day, but not to save a nation, but instead to help Merlin find his long term friend, as they have no money and need to fend themselves they have to get themselves a job, very funny book.

Simply funny

If you enjoy a good read then this is a story for you, especially if a laugh out loud is required. You are guaranteed both.
