Finally read through this book! What had intrigued me was the list of helpful and non-helpful actions family members or roommates can take to help or hinder a person who is dealing with insomnia. He also discusses some methods to help with couples where one is a night own and the other is an early bird.

This is a really good, informative book about sleep. Everyone sleeps and we have a rough idea of what sleep is but don't really know what happens or what causes it to happen. I'm in the midst of doing the course that's laid out and I'm really liking it. The information isn't too dry for an informative book and you can hear Jason's voice in it. It isn't just straight up facts and directions; he adds a bit of his life here and there and I think it really helps in humanising him and feeling l
