I liked this installment and we got to see a lot more into Jax's past and even into Sadie's. Both characters are working through their past's but Sadie in this one seems to be having a hard time wading through what her mom didn't do (which is show any type of love and affection)...
Rose I really like, she hasn't let her mom's lack of parenting affect how she herself views life. Her acceptance of life in general is astounding especially with how her mom treats her and her sister.

As realization hits that when she left home and her mother, she left Rose behind too, she has to find a way to show she is sorry. I'm loving this new series with Jackson and Sadie. Jackson messed up now he's trying to get Sadie back into his life. I like how the story takes you back so that you can see where they both came from and why they're careful now, With her sister playing matchmaker Jackson has his way in. When they see each other again the attraction is instant sand burning hot. The kitchen sex scene was pure fire. Sadie wants to open her heart to him but she's still afraid. The story left me on the edge of my sea ...more

Here we are back with Jackson and Sadie. Their continued series is everything I have come to expect from Ava Claire. Amazing! Sadie's sister, Rose, plays and important part in this book 2 of the Underneath It All series and I'm sure she'll be a big part of future books. These books are short but packed with awesomeness! I'm waiting impatiently for the next book.

In the second installment of this series we learn more about both Sadie and Jackson. Jackson is mad at himself about the way he treated Sade and realizes that he needs to apologize because he really wants to see her again. Sadie can't stop thinking about Jackson. After Jackson sent a text and he thinks he gets a reply back from Sadie he's excited that he finally gets to see her again.

This installment was sad and hot and the ending leaves you begging for more about the couple and Sadie's family.

Jackson has been trying to get hold of Sadie but she is ignoring him. It is not until Sadie’s sister , Rose, answers one of his texts that they are able to reconnect. But will it be for good or will Sadie throw him out? Time will tell but for now they are at least speaking again. Sadie is still cautious, nut Jackson is full steam ahead. He knows he wants her in his life and he is ready to do his best to get what he wants. Now if only they can get past more obstacles…like her

Sadie and Jax met in an unconventional way, and she is trying to forget him, cause she feels like he walked out on her/ basically not giving her a second look. Little does she realize Jax is constantly thinking of her, cannot get her out of his mind, then her lil sis intervenes and sends a message to him inviting him over, without her knowing. Will she forgive him, can they try it as a couple despite their differences, great story, enjoy, cannot wait for book 3.

ARC review. WOW.....Captivating read. I couldn't put it down and NOW I WANT THE NEXT BOOK ASAP.... We get a glimpse at Jackson's childhood and how difficult it was. We also see the feelings Jackson and Sadie feel for each other starting to surface and Rose helps the process or does she???? How far will a younger sister go to help her older sister who is like a sister/mother? Meanwhile, what is happening with the mother? What a cliff hanger.

I was given this book for my honest review.

This is the 2nd book in the Underneath it All Series by this author. As she continues to amaze me yet again author Ava Claire does it again in the wowing department. The continuous of hotness that she inserts into her writing leaves me gasping each time I read one of her beloved books.

Get the bbq ready hotness is coming

Happy Reading

Too short

The book is too short for the story to really develop a relationship between Sadie and Jackson, but I'll continue to read the third "book" to see how it ends.

Ava Claire is a sucker for Alpha males and happily ever afters. When not putting pen to paper or glued to her Kindle, Ava likes road tripping, karaoke, and vintage fashion.
