It is so thin on the benefits and some mudras don't have illustrations.

This was interesting and a very quick read. The author was pretty good for this kind of book and doesn't try to claim that you should just hold your hands in certain positions and you won't need any kind of medical care. I'm hoping I can memorize a few of these and really practice them. There are a lot of Indian words and names of Gods that went over my head but I thought the information was worth adding to my alternative healing knowledge

Probably junk, but a lot of practical information about mudras within Hindu society and religion. Instructions not easy to follow despite drawings.

Not the book I was expecting. If you need a book on mudras for healing, this is a decent book. Short and sweet.
