it's OK

The information found on the book is OK, a little outdated in some parts, like the weight training section.

Some examples of training plans are missing, but I guess that's not the goal of the book. It was a fun reading, but I believe it's more tailored to someone absolutely new to cycling.

Good general, basic road cycling and training information. Great section on bike parts (diagrams, pictures) and everything you ever want to know about DIY repairs. Was hoping for more specific training info.

great book for anyone who enjoys road biking.

I have already recommended it to someone that I coach who is just starting out and she is enjoying it too.

A lot of helpful information for all levels of riders.

Good overall reference book. A lot of the repair information will come in handy, and the training sections were a good introduction to cycling physiology and training theory.

It is a good book for people who just get into cycling. I learned each topic generically via online resources.
