Great book for research but not for a read-a-loud. Used for our unit study of Medieval Times..krb 3/15/16

I found this book to be quite interesting, but I was surprised to find that it missed some crucial information on bias. I was disappointed by the lack of coverage of the history of ancient Iran (Persia) the largest empire yet seen. Hegel called the Persians the first historical people.

Also, the Islamic golden age of science and art is missed as well.

This omission of main historical facts, makes this book unreliable for me as a parent to trust in its information to educate my kids.

David Q : I like this book because it teach a lot of thing about city's and country. Also ,it talk about arums and world war . But one thing I dislike is it didn't tell money so I think this is my suggestion.
