A bit dense to sit down and read more than one chapter at a time. Loved the impact though, as some of these topics drastically impacted my outlook. I loved the recaps and note sections at the end of each chapter to be able to quickly glance back at it or put into practice. Great reminder that what your mind thinks, your body follows and that half of your presence is your own perception. Being your whole self is the most important.
