Timoran Wrath has a shameful secret that is about to see the light of day.
The noble barbarian has always been a constant source of strength and wisdom for his beloved friends. His loyalty has been unwavering and they know that he would never hesitate to lay down his life for them. Even in their darkest hour, the champions know that Timoran will come through and fight to the bitter end. Now they must return the favor as he reunites with his tribe and willingly faces the executioner’s blade.
Is it possible that the honorable Timoran was nothing more than an illusion?
Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
Another exciting and action packed episode in the saga. More revelations and upsets as the champions must form into two teams to find the last two temples.
If you’re a fan of epic fantasy and looking for an in-depth action-orientated adventure with a cast of intriguing characters, look no further than this book.
Don’t be frightened by the fact that it’s book #10 in the Legends of Windemere series. Before reading this, I had only read book one. This book can be read as a standalone and the author provides background info on each character so you don’t feel lost.
My first impression after reading this book: WOW! Not since reading Lord of the Rings have I been completely immersed in a book. From the characters to the setting, from the action to the plot progression, this book has it all.
There’s three main plot lines to this book and each one is captivating. I won’t go into detail about them (I don’t do spoilers) other than to say well done, Yallowitz. The author reveals details like breadcrumbs leading to an explosive conclusion with characters I grew to either love or hate.
Charles Yallowitz is a talented storyteller and if you’re looking for a standalone or a series, you’re missing out if you don’t read this one first. I can’t wait for the next one but in the meantime will definitely read books 2-9.
Favorite Character: Nyx. I love how complex she is and how she lets her emotions get the better of her. She’s a feisty yet powerful female and kudos to Yallowitz for creating such a strong, real character.
