This book is a very quick read and gives a good intro into the power of a strengths-based philosophy and how this can affect school culture. I appreciate the work of those involved in this book as they are sharing research and supporting this with a few ideas that have been successfully implemented in schools. Readers will definitely come away with ideas to use in their school to help move to a strengths-based approach.
