I had this book for free on kindle and read it once in 2015 but couldn't remember any of it. So I reread it and I can now see why: I'm sorry to say but this book is worthless. It contained no sources, was written like a school assignment with typos and has only the basic informations on the solar system. Basically, what you will find in this book can also be found on Wikipedia with more details and with actual sources and references to back it up. Even a documentary on the subject will be better. There's also no information about the author and I couldn't find any on the Internet so I can only guess that it was written by an Astronomy amateur/enthusiast who has basic knowledge on the subject.
Imagine you are going to explore the Ocean. Like proper exploring with diving mask, oxygen cylinder and stuff.. But the only thing you finally get do is skim your fingers on the ocean surface while sitting on a boat.. This book is like that. But that's ok. Because it was fun to read the fun facts about the mystery of mysteries that's our universe. It's Astronomy 101. And that's exactly what this book is.
The book sounded interesting but I think it was a bit too basic, though maybe that's good for complete beginners. It might just be the narrator but I found it a bit patronising. However I did learn that in the time of the dinosaurs, there were giant mushrooms instead of trees...
