August 11, 2016DNF! Gave up @ 2nd book! I just can't! Megan = Annoying! And Michael, he was a nice, caring and had a lot of patience (for being this bad ass alpha male) But I love my alpha male; dominant, mean and sadistic! Come on, her daddy owed him lots of money, takes her as a payment and takes her on a holiday at his private beach! *Calling Bullshit*

I voluntarily read this ARC book. I thought it was good, it was 5 novels long. It's very suspense filled, with drama. It's the story of Jordan a wealthy businessman. Jordan is Gracie boss.
Gracie has a crush on Jordan.
She sends a package at the business a mail order business et is in danger.
Will Jordan be able to save her ?
Will Jordan be safe ?
Read it there is a 6 through 10 book series end.
Definite recommend

This is a great first half of the series....that's right...first half! I've read some reviews that I felt were a little unfair because the readers were unaware that there are also books 6-10. This series stars a sexy, controlling, alpha male billionaire named Michael. Michael runs a tech company and doesn't trust lightly. When he trusted Eric to pay back money he borrowed to gamble with, he realizes he may have to kill the man for trying to get out of paying his debt. Eric, however, has other plans. While he doesn't want to die, he doesn't have the money. In his eyes he offers up his most valuable "possession"--his 21 year old daughter Megan.
Megan has had to bail her father out of trouble in the past, and usually involves giving him money. When she gets a call right before going out on a date, it seems like it's the same problem, different day. After she gets to Michael's office, things do not go as she anticipated. Her father informs her that she is his payment for the debt, and that she will have to spend one week with billionaire Michael. Now she has two men in her life to be mad at--her father and the billionaire.
Michael tells Megan she will be begging for what he has to offer her, but Megan only sees red and tries to keep herself walled up from his advances. Fate has a way of throwing people together and changing things though....
This is a great read! After reading the first book I was curious to see where the story was going to go. By the second book, I was hooked. The characters are written brilliantly and have many layers that you will enjoy uncovering. This is just the first half of the series so make sure read the remainder of it as well....you will not be disappointed!!

I read this series a while back and forgot to write my review. I'm trying to remember it all. I know that it was a dark book and I was glad that I had all the books so that I wouldn't have to keep getting them.
Megan doesn't know that her dad is going to use her to pay back a debt. She has tried to give him the benefit of doubt. He just seems to keep screwing up. Even after what he does to Michael he still doesn't learn his lesson.
Michael is owed a debt and he can't believe that he is even listening to Eric. Why would he want someone's daughter? That is until he see's her. He knows that he has to have her and have her he will.
I really liked this series. I got all ten books together so I will just post the same review to the other five. I enjoyed the way this author brought her story. I enjoyed seeing these two come together. I really didn't know what I thought about Michael at first. He grew on me and I learned to love him.

These books are an absolute gem! Michael is so freaking SEXY! And funny! And adorable in the HOTTEST way!!! I love the banter between Megan and Michael. While Michael’s background may seem dark, there's a touching theme of redemption here, where Michael tries to make amends to Megan. In the past, Megan has bailed her father out of his gambling debts. When Michael enlightens Megan that her father offered her as payment for two weeks for his gambling debt, Megan was appalled. The chemistry between Michael and Megan grows more potent the more time they spend together. For Megan to trust Michael, they have some trust issues to work through. Although Megan is still a virgin, Michael takes his time with her. Megan tells Michael’s housekeeper how she obtained the scars on her leg, which she struggles with—she has gone through so much drama, and now she has to contend with the quandary of her father. Michael’s father arrives on the island. Will this bring other outsiders to their quiet abode? Will Michael be able to protect Megan? Why did Michael’s father arrive on the island and is he running from someone? If you like your romance with a dose of sweetness, a dab of erotic and a pinch of fun, you will love Why He Sins. Do yourself a favor and start at book 1 and binge read this series. You won’t regret it!

This book was very good. I really enjoyed the story. It started with Eric getting into trouble with gambling and if he dont pay up, he will he killed. So he made a deal with Michael to give his daughter up to pay out his debt. This story was very sad but turn out good at the end. As you can tell, there was mistrust, betrayal and love all tied up between characters. Who knew that Michael found love at the end, although it was not the plan at first. Into the book, you will notice that the trouble that Eric had was all Anthony(Michael's father) doing, with the help of his partner.
Not only that Eric's daughter went through some troubling times and ha a hard time talking about it but she finally confide in Michael and Linda.
I swear Anthony is a dead beat and a no-good father because even though he hide his purpose of coming to Michael, claiming that he was in trouble, he was lusting after Eric's daughter and force her into something she didnt want to do. He finally got caught and Michael got rid of him.
Who knew Michael went from lusting to falling in love/purposing to Eric's daughter. Michael had a deep past that he kept for so many years but it was revealed. This story was a love story too.
Not only that Eric's daughter went through some troubling times and ha a hard time talking about it but she finally confide in Michael and Linda.

Megan is the unfortunate pawn in the debt her father, Eric owes to Michael. She’s mad as hell when she discovers that she is to go with Michael for two weeks to an island in the middle of nowhere.
Michael is not a nice man when it comes to people doing as they are supposed to. Eric borrowed a large sum of money and has now gambled it away. To make matters worse, Eric is offering up his daughter, like she’s a piece of meat. Michael is disgusted by Eric’s disregard for Megan but intrigued by the beautiful women he sees.
Slowly (if you can consider a week slow) Megan and Michael discover there’s a lot more between them than a debt to be repaid. Michael’s father has appeared on the scene causing some complications and Eric is in trouble of a different kind. I enjoyed the first 5 books and it does end as a bit of a cliffhanger but I was aware that books 6-10 existed. There are some editing errors that are annoying but generally I’ve gotten through them.

Eric owes Micheal alot of money he dosnt have instead he gives nis beautiful 21 yr old daughter Megan as payment. Michael gets her for wks and takes her off to a private island. Both Michael and Megan have secret's, they start getting close, then Michaels father Anthony shows up hideing something.
Theres twist in this book that keeps you reading. Cant wait to read the next 5 books to find out what happens between Michael & Megan.

The beginning of this book felt like I had read it before- the hot daughter being offered up to satisfy her dad's debts. But the rest of this story was completely different.
Michael and Megan were so hot together. The first five parts of this story were so good that I can't wait to see where things go with all the various plot lines.

The title said complete set of Why He Sins, but it stops at book5 and the next books are 2.99 and only 37 pages. I don't even like paying 99 cents for 37 pages, so I'm disappointed that I will not get to read the ending because these books were hot and a great story line.

Boring
This is just so slow and boring you could fall asleep whilst reading it. The style of writing is uninspired because this is more a series of episodes rather than full books it appears that the author is just trying to stretch the story out to fill in as many episodes as possible with no real substance to any. Disappointing to say the least, a waste of reading time.

Megan is given to Michael for 2 weeks as payment for a debt by her father Eric. Michael tries his best to treat her right and not force himself on her even though he is desperate to have her. He has however got to get through her baggage from earlier in her life before he can get closer to her. I really liked this story and really would like to read the rest of the story.

I've really enjoyed this series thus far. I loved all the cryptic foreshadowing leaving the reader wanting to read more. Can't sit to read the next 5 books. I'm hooked. Can't wait for all the secrets to be revealed. A recommended read.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Why He Sins Box set Parts 1 - 5. It kept me going and I bought Parts 6-10. Can't wait to finish reading this series. It had the mystery and suspense in the first half.

I enjoyed books 1-5 but if I had known there were other books I would not have started this series. I refuse to pay 2.99 for 31 pages. Therefore I will not be finishing the series.

I really enjoyed reading this first half of the series. It was suspenseful and kept me guessing until the end. It is very well written and extremely hot.
