I'm super picky with contemporary books. I can read them quickly but most of the time I'll be rolling my eyes. But this one was so much fun! I liked the banter and bickering at the beginning between Aubany and Ryan. Also, Aubany is like the coolest name ever!

Yes, there were awesome swoony moments! Ryan had some super cute moments, especially the singing stuff! There was even some mystery sprinkled in which made the book a real page turner. I also loved the setting—the island was perfect. Don't w

It's been ages since I last picked up a LoveOzYA novel and so when I saw Stuck on Vacation available on Scribd, I leapt at the chance to read it. It's the first book in a contemporary series featuring Aubany who finds out due to her Mum's cancer diagnosis that she will have to go on vacation away from her parents isn't pleased. The family she is staying with includes the notorious Ryan Rupert who is rude, annoying and sometimes bratty. But their vacation is far from ordinary. It w

This is the first P.S Malcolm's book that I have read and I am grateful for the chance to read a masterpiece. This story is for the people who grow up with an enemy with them (but... but... not gonna spoil so just read the story haha) Stuck on vacation with Ryan Rupert shows a cat and dog type of relationship, but along the way, the two different people somehow managed to love each other's differences and used it to help one another to be a better person. I loved this book so much. YA romance re ...more

Omg I want more!
I don’t want to spoil it for you but just do yourself a favor and read it! And trust me you won’t want to put it down! A easy read yet so well written! At one stage I felt like the author was stalking me and using me as an example just because the characters are so relatable!

Ryan Rupert is a typical immature rude superfishal teenage douchebag when we first meet him, but it was actually his parents that drove me nuts. They are rather negligent in my opinion. Serisily! Who the heck lets two teenage kids’ room together for six weeks unsupervised. Even once they find out a nut job has been on the loose tormenting their kids, they still leave the teens unsupervised! But hey, maybe i’ll feel different once my eldest reaches seventeen – yeah maybe not.

It was at about the 5

This is the first book I read by PS Malcolm, and it was wonderful. The story was captivating with surprising twists and sweet romance. The mystery aspect of it kept me wanting to read more. The characters were enjoyable and relatable. I do recommend it!

Stuck on Vacation with Ryan Rupert is the kind of book that is good for the soul. P.S. Malcolm allows us to watch Aubany and Ryan's love-hate (mostly hate...a lot of hate) relationship grow in a beautiful and realistic fashion. It was so refreshing to read a romance novel that didn't have a plot that solely revolved around third party interference. Yes, there is a crazy loon running around, trying reeking havoc, but she doesn't show up until Ryan and Aubany are well on their way to figuring each ...more

The story starts off with Aubany telling us about how she’s going to an island for her summer vacation. Her quirky narrating and dry humor quickly drew me in, and I found myself grinning at wit and her fear of the ocean and her interactions with Ryan.

Now, some of you might be thinking that Ryan Rupert is the typical abusive, sexy bully that gets away with being a jerk. But no, he is not. While he is still a good-looking bully, he’s an amusingly evil one that plays pranks like pushing people into

I learnt about P. S Malcolm and Stuck on Vacation with Ryan Rupert via the popular app of Wattpad. There I was able to read the first three chapter of this book. I was able to have three beautiful chapters of the witty Aubany and the prankster Mr. Ryan himself. To say that the moment I read the first few lines of the first chapter had me drawn to the story would be a great understatement. I loved how there was a slight twist on this 'bad boy' or 'troublemaker' in that he was scolded and punsishe ...more

Stuck on Vacation With Ryan Rupert is a cute little YA contemporary book that will be available on June 30th. I received an email from P.S. Malcom, the author, asking if I would like to read and review this book and I gladly accepted. I love getting ARCs, especially when the blurbs sound like a fun read!

This book was a fun, quick read. I read for about an hour last night and finished up in a couple hours this morning. It’s not a deep, heartfelt kind of book. It’s more of an entertaining little g
