Shelves: spiritual, therapies
Though some of the scientific statements may be questionable in this day and age as they are based on the scientific knowledge as it stood at the middle of the last century, the findings of Dr Hauschka are invaluable to proof the importance of looking at the world in a holistic manner rather than just physical. A great read if you're depressed by the materialist paradigm, unconvinced about the creationism, equally non-plussed by the religion of science, and a good head scratch. I don't recommend it to people who don't like their beliefs questioned, or who don't regularly enjoy thinking outside the box.
