Recommended to C.P. by: Fr. Jonathan Percival
There was one brief moment of humanity when the author describes how he comforted a crying visitor by just sitting next to her because he didn't know what else to do. The woman later became a member of that church and later started a family which was very active there. Then the rest of the book dealt with forms, surveys and mission statements which have little or nothing to do with that story and its lesson for evangelism.

I was very disappointed.
