I started yoga classes nearly 2 years ago & this enabled me to compare what I've accomplished so far, with lots of new poses to look into, using the detailed notes and diagrams.
Easy reading, Of particular interest was the section on breathing & mantras.

And, yes, it fits in my pocket quite snuggly!:)
