I really really enjoyed this book in the incorruptibles series, this is my favourite so far, I guess it would be book 2.5. This branches off from book 1 & 2 to follow Leon back to Quebec after the disaster which occurred in book 2. Piper, a journalist who we also met in book 2 is determined to find out the truth about what she saw and chases down Leon. What begins as a quest for knowledge turns into so much more for both of them.
Piper is a journalist hot on a story and, even though she's out of a job at the moment, she's determined to see this one through to the end, because it's personal. She's sure she saw something in Auger's Well and she's determined to find out the truth.

In order to get the whole story, she'll need to follow Leon Gauvreau and his young son half way around the world to rural Quebec, and what she finds might change all of their lives.

Unforgivable is part romance, part mystery, part paranormal suspe

This is the third book in The Incorruptibles series, but it could almost read as a standalone. Although we've met all the characters before, this book slides comfortably into Piper and Leon's POV giving us a completely different angle into this world.

This book had a unique flavour and the tone was quite different to the first two books but that actually worked really well for me. We're inside the minds of new characters and it seemed fitting that their story have a life of its own.

I loved the first two Incorruptible books, but this one is my favourite by far.

It is quite different from the first two books and follows Piper's story.

Moving away from Frankie, Cain and their group of people, we still get to see a whole new side of the mysterious abilities granted to them.

This book shows that there are two sides to every story, and that nothing is ever what it seems. I was excited to discover that there is more to come in this series, and I am impatiently waiting for the next
