I think this book lives up to its title. Even though it was published before I was born lol the information was still relevant. What I've learnt so far is mostly through observation, nuggets of advice from other 'seasoned' interpreters, and recommendations from members of the deaf community. I'm glad I took the time to read this. Now I'm left to practise what I've learnt and correct my mistakes - and I may be guilty of most, if not all of the mistakes mentioned in the book. But hey, it's never too late to start anew!! :)
