She can read you like a book…

Cin Mableton is going through some changes. The worst of which is that she doesn’t want to kill anyone. Not since she was given a genetic treatment to alter the best part of herself. Given that was the main reason she had for living, it isn’t a good situation.
Still, she has her powers, a few new people to pretend to be friends with and a lot

Cin grows into her new role and power.

The main character, Cin Mapelton, is hoping she is good enough to not be killed by the IPB folks so she can sneak away once they let their guard down. Like that is going to happen.

As she makes new (friends?), she learns about her powers and how to not have her first mode, as a serial killer.

She self deprecates herself into a being solid member of the team. (It seems all of Power's main characters have this trait.)

Have a great time will with all of Power's b

PS Power continues to write a great story. I finished the first two books in the Ripped series and picked up the third one. I find her take on things refreshing, her characters are all flawed in some way some of them deeply flawed. I still see medication and soft rooms in her future. Perhaps they can use a voice to text program so that she can continue to write after they take all pointy things away from her? I enjoyed this series as I have enjoyed the other two series of hers that I have read.

Sin is still one of my favorite

Sin, slightly Psychopathic, is one of my favorite of all P.s. Power's characters just below Gwen and Eve. Seriously what isn't there to love about a super powered, mind reading, Psychotic heroine!

P.S. Power works in fiction, mainly focusing on Fantasy, Science Fiction and Horror genres, with brief forays into other things just to keep life interesting. He averages 1 to 2 books monthly and has several series going. He lives in an isolated cabin in the middle of nowhere, as a recluse, yet still manages to find time to talk to people online, in a positive and delightful manner. Not one of tho ...more
