"The Sock Fairy" is a very unique story written in rhyme about a naughty fairy. Readers will enjoy this funny story about a fairy who likes to take the socks that are left on the floor and he likes to wear them out and leave you with only one. The rhyming works very well and the pictures are very bright and colorful. Kids are sure to find the sock fairy naughty but funny!
Recommended for kids ages 3-6 who are always losing one sock.

The Sock Fairy by Bobbie Hinman The Sock Fairy by Bobbie Hinman, illustrated by Kristi Bridgeman is a fun-to-read children's book for ages three to seven. I gave it four stars. I enjoyed the rhymes.
"You can close your door tightly, even lock all the locks...but this little fairy will still find your socks."
My favorite little boy especially liked the Sock Fairy Song at the end.

Who believes in fairies?
I think just about any child does.
This is a tale about a fairy who likes socks.
If you look out your house window you will see a wand & a flashlight.
Keep an eye out on your socks.

A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s Fairy adventure storybook. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s Fairy adventure movie, an animated cartoon, PP presentation, or better yet a mini TV series. A very easy rating of 5 stars.

This is a story about a fairy who likes socks, really liked socks! With the tap of his wand he puts socks on his hands and feet. He plays with them. What would you do with the socks? How would you play with them? What do think the Fairy did and where did the holes come from? You know what I always say. To find out what happens you get to listen/read to find the answer. It's fun too. Wait!! Wait!! There is also a song to sing. Don't worry you know the tune.
Bobby Hinman has made a book that is a pleasure to read and is recommended for ages 3-7, but I loved it also. The pictures are beautiful. Take an extra minute or two on the night sky illustrations. They are beautiful.

Miła, zabawna historia o "magii znikających skarpetek". Idealne wytłumaczenie dla tych, którzy po raz kolejny nie mogą odnaleźć pary. Jest śmiesznie i uroczo, a przy tym książeczka została przyjemnie zilustrowana. Lubię takie pomysłowe opowieści dla małych czytelników. Warto zapoznać się z tą pozycją, bo może to właśnie was odwiedza wróżkowy skarpetkowy złodziejaszek.

Such a fantastic, enjoyable read
An amazing fairy tale in rhyme with the most wonderful illustrations you can imagine. I cannot believe one child, even not an adult, not loving this book.

This was a cute story about how socks go missing or end up with holes. I especially enjoyed the song at the end that went along with the story to the tune of Itsy Bitsy Spider. Oh, I forgot to mention that the two year old I was reading it to also enjoyed it.

I read this read and the Freckle Fairy book from Bobbie ...i am such a fan of those illustrations ... well done!! just amazing!! so cool. the colors, it is just great for the eyes ... so amazing! check these books out. such a fan.

Such a cute book ~ originally bought years ago for my granddaughter and she loved it. Read it to my 3 year old grandson today and he loved it, after my 3rd reading of it today, he was still asking me to read it again.
The illustrations are bright and colorful and the story idea is so fun...
Highly recommend for any toddler through kindergarten age. Great book.

What a charming book! Did you ever wonder what happens to your missing socks? Why they get holes? Or why they get mismatched? The sock fairy knows why.
I picked this book up because I had read The Knot Fairy, also by Hinman, and really enjoyed it. This is beautifully illustrated, and, like The Knot Fairy, its childlike, whimsical feelings come through. And also like The Knot Fairy, it comes with a CD that has a song about The Sock Fairy and a reading of the book.

Bella's school librarian recommended these books to me - simply because "fairies" are a big deal in our house. The 'tooth fairy' and the 'sleeping fairy' have always been regular visitors here, but we now have the 'sock' and 'knot' fairies that visit since reading these stories. A fun read if your child "believes" in fairies, as mine do.

What an adorable read!!! Very colorful illustrations and words just flow off one another allowing the book to easily be memorized for fun with kids. This is amazing for children 2-10. I would especially recommend it for preschool and kindergarten. Fun book for kids (and parents) who wonder where there socks go! Will be reading again and following the author for more!

What an adorable book! I love the rhyme and the story and the silliness of the sock fairy! The illustrations are not only beautiful but fun! I love the little mouse that creeps around the house with the sock fairy. Children will enjoy this book being read to them over and over!

I just liked this book because it is a very creative and fun book! Losing socks is something that happens to all of us, and it was an adorable explanation as to why it happened. What a great way to teach creativity and writing creatively to children.

Part of a series found for free on Amazon, what a LOVELY book!
Written for young people, it was simply adorable and perfect for all ages.. even a grown up kid like myself!
I binge read the whole series! Its full of beautiful art, as well.. highly recommended when you want a pick-me up ;-)

My son loves this book so much and it was such a delight for me to read to him.
