Found this on the shelf at my coworking space and picked it up.

This had lots of great, new examples of the authors' perspective on how to transform underperforming businesses from a marketing/communications perspective. I saved the section of tips on how to be "emotionally present" in a business mindset.

My critique: A lot of the advice fits a general theme of mindfulness and intentionality of relationship building that is present in many similar works.
