I got this book before I took my aromatherapy program and knew any better. The recipes in general are fine, but her measurements are all kinds of out of whack in some instances. Adjust for safety, please. And I don’t care what anyone else tries to tell you, DO NOT INGEST ESSENTIAL OILS- they are not intended to be taken internally.

EssentialOil Homemade Goodness

Love all the different recipes given. So many I want to try out. My only complaint is that they don't say if you can substitute another CO for coconut oil. I'm allergic to coconut and can't use.

Unsafe information

I'm giving 1 star because the recipes are good guidelines. The author is not a certified aromatherapist or doctor.
Suggesting ingestion of essential oils in any form is dangerous.
Some of these recipes promote unsafe practices in my opinion.
I'm not a professional either but, I have done research and sought guidance from actual professionals. This person seeks for one of the large MlM companies.
