Tomorrow I'll Be Different: The Effective Way to Stop Drinking

Rate this book
This straightforward and highly practical book helps readers recognize whether they have a drinking problem and if they do, what to do about it. For those ready to make a change, it presents an effective way to stop drinking - for good. A refreshing alternative or supplement to Twelve-Step programs, it includes many enlightening assignments for the reader to complete, focusing on making a commitment to change, setting realistic goals, and releasing new potential. Beauchamp Colclough is in a unique position to write this book: he is an international authority on alcohol dependency, a recovered alcoholic and living proof that today's decision is tomorrow's freedom. Drawing on his own experiences and those of his patients, he takes the reader through the stages of recognizing there is a problem, understanding what needs to be done, making a change, and sticking to it.

A good tool to have in your Arsenal on your journey to be free of alcohol. While not life-changing, it is reaffirming. Truth be told, the preface by Elton John is worth the price of the book.
