I was a little dissapointed by this book. I know vintage watches were made by 100s if not thousands of manufacturers, with multiples of that number in watch models built, so it is impossible to cover them all. But this book goes on for pages and pages about some relatively mundane watchmaker, while skipping over or only covering a watch or two from another one. Also seems to be a lot of emphasis on the old rectangular watches, and less on the mid century round classics.
