I received this book in exchange of an honest review.

One of the things I liked it's that the book doesn't promise a magical cure instead it says it will help you trough whichever situation you may have.

I do think that this easy steps will help me get my negativism in check and make it easier for me to get by my life.

This book essentially breaks down the teachings of Eckhart Tolle into chapters focusing on how to get rid of negative thoughts. Each chapter has a different concept that is briefly explained and then there are exercises that give you step by step instructions on how to practice that concept. The exercises are broken down very simply, to the point of maybe over explaining what to do, and then there are also additional video materials that you can watch to further explain.

I liked all the material given to allow the reader to succeed, but the book is mostly quotes and I wish there were more filler or stories to flesh out the book a bit more.

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. There were so many things I have been taught in the past that came to mind when listening to this book. Such as, Happiness is an Inside Job; Hung by your tongue, etc. The exercises were very interesting and I do believe they will be helpful. The narrator did an excellent job with this book. Will recommend this book.
