Scorching hot and heavenly delicious. A hearts and flowers ending to this tumultuous, heart pounding romance.

It was a love meant to be that not even time could prevent. Allie and Hudson have survived heartbreak, extortion and brushes with death. They already have the rings on their fingers but including their friends and family this time around is proving to be a challenge. Will the stress of planning a wedding befitting them put a damper on their relationship? Or can the cool and collected Hudson Chase control guarantee Allie the wedding and honeymoon of their dreams?

It’s been over a year since I first met the arrogant billionaire and the woman who stole his heart and had me turning page after page of explosive chemistry and gripping second chance drama. I loved the journey Hudson and Allie took me on and I wholeheartedly enjoyed this finishing novella where they yet again get a second chance, this time at a magnificent start of their happy ever after. And seriously, how can one not enjoy a book whose inspiration is this man?
"From here on out, April twenty-first is no longer my birthday… It is now known as Naked Day. And will be for the rest of our lives."

Embrace Me is all about Hudson and Allie’s wedding. Contrasting all the books in the series where there was always some kind of crisis waiting for them at every corner, Embrace Me is a sort of extended epilogue that follows the couple getting ready to take their vows in front of friends and family and disconnecting from their busy lives and on a the perfectly honeymoon planned by Hudson.

But Hudson and Allie aren’t the only characters that appear, we also get some quality time with Nick and Harper (read bachelor and bachelorette party and great toasts). I do hope Ann Marie and Amy decide to write about the latter, even if it’s another novella.

Embrace Me is novella #3.5 in the Chasing Fire series by Ann Marie Walker & Amy K. Rogers. It is strongly advised that the first three books be read before this and if you have read the trilogy this is an ending worth reading. It’s written from both points of view with a happy ending.

I can hardly believe it's been almost a year since the final novel in the Chasing Fire series was released. The release of Embrace Me came as a complete surprise to me, a very welcome one at that. Hudson And Allie are one of my favorite literary romance couples and any additional time with them is a bonus. If Reclaim Me was about resolutions, Embrace Me is all about recovery and renewal and Hudson & Allie's second chance and second wedding celebrations.

This novella is low on drama and high on sensuality. This story line after all is focused on Allie and Hudson sharing their vows with their family and friends, and escaping their hectic lives for a honeymoon. So much of the story is about them preparing for the event and their internal musings about finding their happy and how they inspire each other. We get to see a bit more with Nick and Harper ( I adore these two *Nick* and would love more of their *Nick* story.) I think I just love how far Nick has come and how he and Hudson have bonded.

Ann and Amy also share with us some extra special (heartfelt & sexy) moments between Hudson and Allie while they are on their honeymoon. The man knows how to create a sanctuary for Allie, kicking off their lives in wedded bliss in a spectacular way. I felt very content and satisfied as I read the final lines. Ann and Amy created a wonderful world in the Chasing Fire series and Embrace Me is a delightful addition and worthy of 5 Stars! Don't miss this book if you've already read the series - One final plug ~ This is a second chance romance /suspense series that I can't recommend enough! ~

If you are wanting a sweet contemporary romance and something that is quick to read, then Embrace Me by Anne Marie Walker and Amy K. Rogers is the read for you. Hudson and Allie have taken ten years to finally admit that they love each other and then in the spur of the moment, decided to chuck their wedding plans out the window and elope. This would have been fine but the couple have people back home counting on them and seeing that they are both high-profile in the business world - making this a society wedding with important guests and a big splash. The pair return home and the book starts with Allie having a Hen's night with her best friend Harper and of course they are at a strip club and the hen's party is nothing but generic and typical from strippers to penis shaped straws. The boys are watching sports for their stag-do until Hudson decides to crash his wife's hen's party just as she is getting a stripper's lap dance. This part I enjoyed as thought it was nice to see Hudson going all Alpha male on Allie. Next thing, we know the pair are busy planning another wedding and surprises will lay in wait. Embrace Me was definitely one of those books where if you are wanting a good ol' fashioned romance story with not much action besides the romance angle, then check out Book #3.5 in the Chasing Fire Series.

I love Hudson and Allie, so it was great to get this novella to visit with them again. And a wedding is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with one of my favorite couples.

If you followed this series, than you know Allie and Hudson married in book three. This time around was supposed to be for those that missed their 1st wedding. But Allie immediately starts stressing and Hudson does what he does best...swoops in and saves Allie. Hudson does romance, he does dirty and he makes this novella too hot to put down.

If you have read the Chasing Fire trilogy, you must. Hudson and Allie's story was one of my favorites, because who doesn't love a hot, dirty, rich as hell alpha male.

Embrace Me by Ann Marie Walker and Amy K Rogers is the wedding gift presented to all of the fans of the Chasing Fire Series. This book is the bright red bow tied to the top of the package; and, this is still one of BFF K's favorite series!

Embrace Me begins with Allie and Hudson deciding to renew their wedding vows with family and friends to witness and celebrate the occasion. Allie finds the entire wedding planning process stressful and overwhelming. So, Hudson does what he does best....He comes to Allie's rescue and surprises her with the answers to all of her problems. Of course, after a wedding comes a honeymoon. And, this one has all of the romance and steam we expect from this series!

Embrace Me is the conclusion to Hudson and Allie's story and you really have to read the entire Chasing Fire series first. For maximum enjoyment, this should not be read as a stand-alone. There is not much plot or action in the story, but there is a LOT of ACTION! <> Be prepared for a CRAZY amount of sexy time! And, a sweet and steamy conclusion to the love story of Allie and Hudson Chase!

BFF Book Blog uses a set of icon ratings. This book received additional ratings for: butterflies, romance, steamy, sweet and happily ever after. An advance copy was received in exchange for an honest review.

Embrace Me was a real treat since I thought the series was over but I am so glad Walker and Rogers decided to give them the happy ending that they deserved since they both have been through so much. If you haven't read this series yet you are missing out on the sexy Hudson who is not only alpha but cant rock a suit like no other.

Embrace Me was hot, sexy and sweet. I really loved how Hudson took over the planning of wedding #2 since their friends and family missed it the first time around. These two were seriously the perfect couple and even though they were separated for so long before they finally got back together this two characters just meshed well together. I was glad they finally got a break from all the craziness that was going on and finally get to enjoy their new life with one another.

All the answers to the questions I had after the last book ended were answered and I was pleased. Normally I am not a fan of novellas but this was hit the right spot and of course I could always use more Hudson in my life. If you read all three books you wont want to miss the conclusion on the Chasing Fire series.

Favorite Quotes:

He and Nick had been raised by a single mom whose only house of worship was the corner liquor store.

My Review:

Being new to the series did not hamper my ability to follow the plot or enjoy the writing as the story stood well on its own legs. Embrace Me was a sweet and passionate HEA for a wealthy power couple consisting of Mr. and Mrs. CEO as they are enjoying their indulgent belated honeymoon getaway in the tropics. A down to earth silver spoon heiress married to a bossy billionaire alpha-male who is sweet, thoughtful, and a sexual dynamo with private jets, limos… sign me up for one of those, please! I enjoyed the endearing characters, humor, romance, and smokin’ hawt steamy bits enough to want to go backward and read the previous books in the series.

Let me start off by saying I'm thrilled to have Hudson and Allie back in between the digital pages of my iPad.

I truly enjoyed this continuation of such a fun, sexy and romantic series. Hot scenes, humor and more alpha Hudson always work for me.

This is just what I need for my Allie and Hudson fix. For those that need a refresher this power couple eloped in book three. Well in this Novella it's them getting married in front of the people that should have been part of it. The one scene that had me giggling like a school girl when Hudson walks in the strip club that was priceless. Overall this was a nice wrap up to end this series I am sad seeing them go I will miss these characters. I hold out hope though that maybe these authors can get together and write a story for Harper and Hudson's little brother.

EMBRACE ME by Ann Marie Walker was just amazing, I could not put it down, the story just sucked me right in and took along for the journey along with Allie and Hudson.

The story in this book was very well written and developed, the plot was very fast paced and will keep you flipping pages to see what Allie and Hudson are up to.   Allie and Hudson, they are perfect together and the chemistry they share, is unbelievably hot, the author writes Hudson and Allie so perfectly.

In this book we follow Allie and Hudson as they prepare to have a wedding, since they eloped in book three leaving out the joy of sharing their nuptials with their family and friends.  When things get out of control during the planning of the wedding, Hudson takes things into his own hands and plans a wedding getaway that any woman would die for.  I love the way Hudson knows what to do to make Allie happy, doing whatever it takes.  Once the wedding is over we are whisked away along with Hudson and Allie for their honeymoon on a tropical island, basically just the two of them and the hotel staff, wait till you read what they do during their honeymoon.  This is book 3.5 in the series and must be read in order to understand Hudson and Allie and all that they have been through to get where they are now.

EMBRACE ME by Ann Marie Walker seems to be the final book in the series, but for me some things seem left unfinished and I am left hoping that there is still more left of Allie and Hudson's story.  I would give Embrace Me 4/5 stars.

"Embrace Me" by Ann Marie Walker and Amy K. Roger

My Thoughts.....

This was one happy ending to a well written 'Chasing Fire Trilogy' especially after what all had happen to Alessandra and Hudson in the earlier series. This continuation in this 3.5 is full of fun and the passion [hot, sexy and steamy] that these two had for each other was something that will be thought about long after the read especially after what they had gone through [from the other series] 'from tragedy, betrayal and blackmail.'

Now that Allie and Hudson are married why were they planning another happy event? What will happen as it seems like Allie has a little too much on her plate? Will these two get the wedding they want especially after what had happen to them earlier? What 'adventurous idea' did Allie have up her sleeve that Hudson didn't know about? To get the answers to all of these questions and more you will just have to pick up this good read to see what all this is about. I don't want to spoil it for you!

I loved the take charge[alpha] that Hudson has and that planning of their wedding was simply off the chart...well done. To really know what has gone on earlier in this well told story I would suggest the reader reads all three series first before reading this last one. However, "Embrace Me" alone is a fun and yummy read.

~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~

I was delighted that we got this extra look into Allie and Hudson's lives together. After the previous drama it made for a really heart warming and entertaining read. The tensions between them gone, there is a wonderful relationship evident in their conversations. I am assuming that you have read the previous books in my review.

Hudson and Allie are now married, but they tied the knot in private. Allie's closest friend, Harper, and Nick, Hudson's brother both want there to be a celebration for everyone, and soon things are getting out of hand. Hudson does his take charge routine - in a most sexy manner - and it does all come together in a way which keeps everyone happy. Getting to see that Harper and Nick are still happy was an added bonus.

Lovely treat for any Chasing Fire fans - of which I am definitely one!

Despite being a short read, this novella still gave me the goosies just like the first three books in the series did. Hudson and Allie are still as hot as ever and it was sooo good to get to "visit" with them especially since I didn't know this was novella was coming into existence until the lat minute. What a nice surprise for a weekend read!

Any girl will appreciate a Hudson Chase in their lives. I mean, the man can single-handedly organize a location wedding. Now tell me you won't be thankful for that. As romantic as their wedding was, this renewal of vows was equally so. It's easy to forget that the prior trilogy was marred with so much nasty and dark twists. I guess this sunny follow-up was a well-deserved extended epilogue. We even get to join in their honeymoon!

It wouldn't hurt if sometime in the future, we get another novella. I don't know...maybe give Harley a little human to play with, yeah?

"Embrace Me" by Ann Marie Walker & Amy K. Rogers. This is a novella that puts the finishing touch on the Chasing Fire Series. Despite not having read the previous books in the series, I have fallen in love with Hudson and Allie and cannot wait to read their entire tale. The authors do a tremendous job of portraying Hudson as the man of any woman's dreams - he simply adores Allie and will do anything to make her happy. Swoon! Allie is one lucky lady and, while being independent, can't help but fall at his feet. This is a quick read that is filled with love. Throughout, I had a sense of fun and happiness and just the overall feel good warmth that comes from a story that is well written and catches the readers heart and mind. Looking forward to experiencing more from these two talented authors. (received copy for honest review)

Have you ever read a book, fallen for the characters and wanted more after? Sure the author gave an epilogue and you know they were still happy after, but it just wasn’t enough? For fans of the Chasing Fire series, comes a new novella by Ann Marie Walker and Amy K Rogers, Embrace Me. Embrace Me is the answer to the top two questions, it’s the epilogue you always want, but rarely get.

If you have not read the other books in the Chasing Fire series (Remind Me, Release Me, and Reclaim Me) you should, this book won’t make any sense and will spoil the series. Embrace Me takes place a few months after Reclaim Me ends and without spoiling it, I would say the book is a happier than that previous three. It’s a fun, extended epilogue that brings you more fun from Allie and Chase.

This is a short novella in Chasing Fire Series and we get to revisit the life of Hudson Chase and Alessandra Sinclair.
There are 3 full length novels which should be read before this novella in order to be able to fully understand the characters and all that happened between them and all the situations they found themselves in.

I loved previous books and they were spectacular with so many elements needed to make a great book. So when I first heard of Embrace Me I was delighted to return to that world.
In this book Hudson and Alessandra are back to their reality and are planning their big wedding for their friends and family.

Hudson's brother Nick and Allie's best friend Harper are taking a much larger part in this story and that was refreshing and delightful!
I always wanted to know more about them and that's what the authors gave us here.

To read about how Nick and Hudson interacted with each other was so fulfilling and warmed my heart. Nick's humor is unmistakable and leaves you with a smile on your lips and wanting for more.
If this was made into an audiobook it would be a blast to listen to.

Overall there wasn't so much more of a plot here than the love birds making their wedding nr. 2 happen and how their and relationship to their love ones developed.
Hudson is still one of my top book boyfriends and will hold his place there forever.

It was a quick read and I enjoyed it and have no doubt that everyone who read the series would too.
Who wouldn't want to have more of them and all that steamy action the provide? ;)

Embrace Me is a short novella in the Chasing Fire series. In this novella we find Hudson and Allie planning another wedding that includes their family and close friends who could not be at their original nuptials due to Allie’s psycho ex.
Allie has faced many daunting things in her life but planning her and Hudson’s wedding has turned into a disaster. What was supposed to be a small ceremony with the happy couple renewing their vows in front of their friends and family has turned into a nightmare. Everyone wants an invitation and is trying to use the couple’s wedding as the biggest social event of the year. When the stress of it all finally gets to Allie, Hudson steps in to save the day and his bride’s sanity.
Hudson will gladly do anything to make Allie happy, even plan their wedding. After a few phone calls he has everything set to whisk Allie away for the surprise wedding and honeymoon to start their life together.
This was a great continuation of this couples love story. I honestly don’t know if I will ever get enough of them. I hope the authors have a book and story in mind for Nick and Harper, those two crack me up and I would love to see them get their happily ever after as well.
If you have read the previous books in this series then I would highly recommend you reading this short novella as well.
I received an eARC of this book compliments of the publisher in exchange for my honest review and opinion. All ratings and opinions stated are my own.

Embrace me is a short novella that was such a surprise from the Author's. I am so glad that they decided to give Hudson and Allie the HEA that they so deserved (and us readers love!)

Hudson and Allie decide that they are going to plan a big ceremony to renew their wedding vows and invite their family and friends. They only draw back is that this is stressing Allie out to no end. Who knew planning a ceremony could be so stressful?? Anyone that has planned a wedding knows how stressful it is and that any help is greatly appreciated. Hudson give Allie the best thing he can when he gets her help to plan the ceremony and to relieve some of the stress that is on her.

Hudson is looking forward to the Honeymoon that comes with the ceremony. Who can have a vow renewal without a honeymoon? This novella doesn't give us the action packed story that we are so used to from these two author's but I think that it is just right. I am glad that we got to have this time with Hudson and Allie and see how things really ended up for them. Once again, you would never know that there are two author's writing this novella, it just flows really well and gives you a great story that you long for more of.

Such a great ending to a great series. I am sad that this one is over but I look forward to what these great author's have in store for us reader's next!

I love this series (Chasing Fire) by Ann Marie Walker and Amy K. Rogers, and love this novella. Embrace Me was perfect. I felt this was a great add on to the series. I was a little lost at the beginning and well I haven’t read the others books for a while, but I did catch right up quickly and remembered how the story went. The Authors did a great job adding bits of info into the story to remind us or for those who haven’t read this awesome series. They characters are fun to read about. I think the couple Hudson and his wife Allie are so perfect, Hudson sounds so awesome you can feel the love he has for Allie and love she has for him. I love how their wedding worked out. What stands out the most to me about this book is the writing, it is fantastic. I love second chances stories and this one is awesome.

I know nothing of the ongoing affair between Allie and Hudson. I am new to the series and this was beautiful. I gather from what I read the two had a long hard ride to get to the point of planning a wedding.

There was beauty in the fact that we get to see both sides (bride and groom). The stress of trying to put together the event of the year for the social circle their status place them in. While at the same time being something that would make them happy, friends, and family. Although I have not read all that lead them to this point. I enjoyed the read and would suggest if at all possible, to get the most out of it, read the entire series.

This finishing novella was the perfect ending to what must have been an exhausting ride.

Time to get your Hudson and Allie fix because one of our favorite coupes is back with an all new novella.

A few months after their story ends, with all the whirlwind events finally in the past, Hudson and Allie decide to have the wedding and honeymoon they missed out on.

It's a short, steamy read you don't want to pass up. We all know how Hudson and Allie can be when they get together. Nick and Harper make their appearances and there's plenty of witty banter and love to go around.

It's a wonderful little glimpse back into their lives. If you're a fan of the series definitely pick this one up.

A quick, sweet and definitely steamy surprise to those of us who fell in love with Hudson and Allie. By now we know that Hudson is a man that knows how to get things done, so it's no surprise that Hudson plans their wedding ceremony do-over since their family and friends weren't able to be in attendance for the first time they exchanged vows. Since this isn't an overly long novella, there isn't any real drama for Allie and Hudson, and I loved how we got just a bit more of them as a wrap up to this series. I am keeping my fingers crossed that at some point we can get a book or 3 on Harper and Nick.

I wasn't sure it was possible to love Hudson Chase even more than I already did, but Ann Marie Walker and Amy K. Rogers have proved me wrong.

While I have no problem admitting I love the alpha male, sexy, billionaire CEO who dominates the corporate world, it's the stripped down (both literally and figuratively) version of Hudson Chase that melts me. That's the version of Hudson Chase most present in Embrace Me. The Hudson that is so in love with his wife he will do anything for her, even if it means spending time with her best friend, "the redhead".

Embrace me is the perfect addition to the Chasing Fire series, and a must read for fans of Hudson and Allie.

This is a short novella of Allie and Hudson.

In this novella Allie and Hudson are preparing for their wedding in front of all their friends and families after previously eloping to get married. Its not long before the wedding preparations start spiralling out of control and Hudson decides to take matters into his own hands and starts planning a wedding getaway for the woman he loves.

This may only be a novella but its a short enjoyable read that's full of fun and not forgetting the red hot passion between Allie and Hudson,

This snippet of Hudson and Allie is the perfect combination of sweet and sexy. Fans of the couple will love joining them on their honeymoon getaway. We really get to see the Hudson that Allie sees through his tough exterior back in the 'real world'.
With plenty of passion and an undeniable love, these two seem meant to be both in the boardroom and in bed.
