Wow! I have read two other stories from Ms. Witt, but this was nothing like those! It was hot and kinky and on the darker side!
“No one knew how deep my cravings ran, probably not even myself.”
Meredith has a lonely life. She is a wife and mother, president of the PTA, but she is looking for more. Something her husband can’t and won’t give her. So, she goes elsewhere to find it.
“Gregor was my Eden, beautiful and forbidden…”
Gregor is a dominant. He is her Sir. He trains her how to be a submissive. Having elements lacking in his marriage at home as well, Gregor takes Meredith under his wing. There was only one rule—no falling in love.
“In his presence I was safe, cherished, likely marked…And entirely owned.”
I really loved the email exchanges between Meredith and Gregor. I loved watching Meredith become happy with herself as a woman and not being afraid to go after what she wants. I adored Jared in this story, and hope that we might get his and Heather’s tale sometime soon.
Make sure you heed the warning—this book is on the darker side, it has elements of BDSM and cheating. If you are not okay with those things, then I wouldn’t recommend this book. However, if you enjoy a darker, hot, kinky story, get to reading! I thoroughly enjoyed this story and look forward to more from J.M. Witt as it seems she can write in any area she sets her mind to. ~ Tiffany, 4 stars

There are some hot buttons that may affect some readers, and I strongly suggest you read the warnings before you purchase this book.
This is a book about making your life what you want it to be… Following your heart and making your secret desires a reality.
Meredith is an editor for romance novels, a wife, a mother, and is unhappy. She has edited enough books to know what she wants to try in the bedroom, but with a husband who refuses to touch her, it’s hard to make those dreams a reality.
Gregor is a husband with a wife who is not willing to be his submissive in the bedroom. He is also a father.
When these two meet on an erotic “dating” website, after a while they begin to get from each other what they are not getting at home.
I liked this story, but was not in love with it. The majority of the book is told via email conversations between the two. I understand that the relationship is mostly conducted this way, but I had a hard time relating to the email only aspect. It also seemed like it took me a long time to fully engage in the story itself. There were some underlying issues that were not addressed fully, and some that were not even really spoken about until much later in the book. I feel that had some of these things come to light earlier, it may have captivated me earlier on. ~ Devlynn, 3.5 stars
