Claire Haye has written a thought provoking book on aging gracefully. Topics include the aging female body, relationship to food, fitness and exercise, purpose and meaning, health care and end of life choices. Claire continues the conversation with exercises, suggested readings and generous space for personal journaling. I love Claire's wit and wisdom, personal stories, and positive spirit. Bravo!
