I like the story, still want more backstory and world building, but am not real happy with one story now being doled out in 20 page increments. I didn't knock a star off for it, but if the next one is the same I'll tap out. Which is a bummer because the bones are here for a good full novel or novella, but it could cost you over $6.50 for the 84 pages in the 'series'.

First, let me start by saying this is only 20 pages long so…

It’s essentially a vignette that moves the overall story arc forward but does not fit what I would call is a short story. You must have read books one and two to follow this along as this takes our original Dragon Orphan/Slave/Whore Avery and mixes him with the other small dragon Tobit.

They’re all alone and Tobit feels Avery needs to mate with him in order to strengthen the clan bonds. They sort- of do but then they’re interrupted…
