Birds in Beards Coloring Book

So begins a ridiculous saga, a love story which includes 30+ portraits of men with beards and the birds who love them. Color in the beard strands (which are like spaghetti in many of the pictures) and the intricate feathers of the many different birds, or just enjoy the silly rhymes about a love gone wrong, due to overzealous bird care.

This book appeals to all ages, though the coloring is probably too detailed for young children.

Funny, cute, crazy coloring book featuring almost famous or notorious men with birds in their beards, which often seem to humble them. Color them and it might humble you.

I was provided a courtesy copy from the author/illustrator (Thanks, Shoshanah!) in exchange for feedback. What a fun, quirky coloring book! The outer cover is so nicely done, and the book is printed on a paper stock that lends itself well to coloring.

I have other adult color in books that are so intricate that I feel like it takes forever to complete an entire page. This book has reasonable completion times per page and is quite enjoyable!

Clearly a coloring book so not much to say about how the book is formed. However, I do really enjoy the clever pictures. There are plenty of birds and luxurious ample beards to color. Not a huge fan of real life beards but I can totally get on board with coloring these. I can't wait to make my first turquoise/rainbow colored beard. Great book, great artwork and very different from the rest of the adult coloring books on the market :)
