Adoniram lived such a remarkable life. From his conversion story to his mission work he is interesting to read about. I personally have studied the lives of his wives as well and they are equally remarkable. I love the devotion of his wife Anne and all the work they accomplished overseas and I especially loved that this book focused on much of their time together. My son enjoyed this story as well so that is a win.

I waffled between 2 and 3 stars for this, mostly because they had to make a lot of assumptions about conversations that took place between Adoniram and his wives. I'd rather just have the story of their lives without making assumptions, so...2.5 stars.

It is a good summary, but very sporadic, jumps months and years at a time
