Praise Jesus; it's over
This book isn't bad per say, but I just could not stand Brynn. She was way too uptight and wishy-washy for me. Plus, I can't respect someone who can't respect sex work. This dude was good enough to screw and have a kid with but not good enough to commit to because he stripped? How insecure. Plus, a job does not denote fidelity. If my dude was bringing in cash like that and wasn't ready to give up the game then he could dance twice on Sunday and three times on Monday if he wished. Also, she's a hypocrite.
The other part that bothered me was how unnecessarily LONG the book is. She could have actually told this story in half the length. The most dramatic moment was punch being spilled on her brother's polo. That's it. She and Marco just made a bunch of something out of nothing, although I must say that Marco does qualify as a book boyfriend.
So two stars. The book is too long for the content offered. The fashion is too horrible for words. The heroine made me want to punch her in the face. Not enough action and sex (although kudos for the stage scene). Too much forced drama over nothing. But the biggest thing is I can't stand the anti-sex work bend. SEX WORK IS REAL WORK, and SEX WORKERS CAN BE GREAT PARENTS.

*** I was given an ARC of this book for my honest review for which I have not been paid. ***
This is another great love story by this author. This is Marco and Brynn's story. I love stories that involve strippers whether they are male/female. I love the premise of whether true love can withstand what is involved in this profession and it was interesting watching this couple grappling with this issue.
My favourite scene in this story is in the club I loved that scene the best, followed by the labour scene. This story is of love developing through circumstances and the couple working through their barriers to love, which is what any real relationship involves.
I would highly recommend this story as a great read.

When you read the synopsis of Marco , it starts of with this question ,"Who is Marco Rios? " well that's a good place to start this review. The author did such a good job of showing me ,as a reader who Marco is ,that I could understand why Brynn could fall completely in love with him ,because I did too. Marco is used to people making assumptions about him once they find out that he works at" Indecent Exposure" and I must admit I did to. I thought this would be a book with heavy sex and a quick happy ending , open your mind because this book is much more than that. First you learn why Marco does, what he does and when you find out ,you will give him a chance like Brynn did . Brynn a school teacher ,finds herself in an embarrassing life changing situation , because of one night with Marco, a man who she believes is totally out of her realm of possibilities . When an author writes a romance novel one of the main goals is for the reader to fall in love with the hero , I fell in love with the heroine too. Brynn will make you root for her , you will love her too because she is a beautiful strong woman that all of us can relate to . I also found myself falling in love with the secondary characters in this book,Marco's family members , Brynn's best friend , the guys who work with Marco ,I cared about them and wanted to get to know them to, and I am happy to know there will be more books coming to tell their stories . Marco is more then meets the eye , open your mind and heart to Marco like Brynn and I did , I promise you when you close the last page you will miss this couple ,because the journey they take you on is so Good,that you will miss them just like I do.

One night of stepping outside your comfort zone can drastically change your life. This definitely holds true for Brynn Palmer. The one time she decides to let loose she meets Marco Rios. The sparks passing between them is off the charts, and add alcohol to the mix and things get hot real fast. It was only suppose to be one night, but fate has other ideas.
Marco is that book boyfriend that even after you read the last page, you just can't let go. Then you start wondering what happens next? Then you star wondering is there going to be a book 2, so that I can continue to spend time with Marco. Let's not forget Brynn, the woman who is so much stronger than she ever realized. She may want Marco, but she knows with or without him her life definitely will go on and she will be okay. But let's face it, life is so much better with a lot of Marco mixed in. This was one of my favorite stories this year so far. Great job Raven St Pierre, I give it 5 stars!

This book will have you all in your feelings, it has laugh out loud, tearjerker, and sexy as hell moments.
You can't help but fall for Marco. He's flawed but it's just tiny part of who is. He's this ultra sexy hard working devoted guy. He's there for the people he loves and he's solid as a rock. Willing to sacrifice what ever he has to make sure the people around him thrive.
Brynn, is an all around sweet lady. She tries to take things in stride and make those around her happy, put their feelings first.
So an unconventional as their story starts, you can't help but cheer and hope everything comes together for them.
Their story unfolds gently as you get to really know both Marco and Brynn. Along the way you get to meet the sweetest cast of supporting characters. Everyone, in their own way holds a mirror up to main the characters allowing them to truly understand themselves and their budding relationships.

If I could sum this book up in a phrase I would say, Never Judge A Book By Its Cover!!! This book superseded my expectations to the fullest! Marco was everything a female could ever dream of. I love the sense of loyalty he displayed for his his family and how he was willing to do anything for them. The story of love was never rushed and the building of chemistry between Marco and Brynn was felt through the entire book. I love that it felt so realistic between them and not just a typical story book! You will definitely not be disappointed in this story. I can't wait to read more from the men of I.E. Congratulations, on a story well written!

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I loved loved loved Marco. I honestly didn't think I could love a man/hero more than AJ from Raven's Free Falling Series, but man oh man Marco was one hell of a man. He was a sexy, caring, sweet, rough around the edges, charismatic guy wrapped into one sexy dish. I loved how he opened up for Brynn and OMG I wasn't ready for this to end.
Can't wait for the next one in this series and great job Raven. Five stars!!!

Quite frankly, I was bored. I was expecting something hot and intense. Something more. Instead I was following around a pregnant chic and her baby daddy. Not enough excitement or drama to keep me interested. I actually started skimming around 60%. There is so much telling, very little showing. It's utterly predictable.

I tried, I really did. I thought I would give it a go again since I didn't care for Ms. St. Pierre "Gravity" . This book was too long, wordy and uneventful, just didn't satisfy my reading appetite.

Marco was my first time reading a book by Raven St. Pierre. I enjoyed this author's writing style and how the story engaged me right off. I could visualize every scene as I was going through the characters experiences with them especially scenes that made me a bit misty eyed. Marco is the story where a one night stand bridges the lives of two people and their families together forever.
I don’t know what to say about this book except it’s a sweet romance. The synopsis of the book describes Marco as "… breaking hearts. By day he’s a tattoo artist who took the plunge and started his own business, but by night… He’ll be whoever you want him to be—a wet dream in the flesh."
I’ve honestly never read a character so deliciously perfect until now.
Most heroes I read about are flawed in some way but Marco is.just.perfect- too perfect. OK, let me think about this (tapping finger tips on keyboard) just to nitpick here are some flaws:
What I like about this book are the messages: don't judge a book by its cover, trust, & forgiveness. Not everything in this book was a win for me, but the messages outweighed those other issues and any character issues/flaws I had. So in the end, Marco gets 4.5 stars upgraded to 5 for well written book, good messages, and all around engaging read. Marco is the first book in The Men of Indecent Exposure series that I will continue to follow.

has multiple jobs but one although legal might make you feel uncomfortable if you’re in a relationship with him (rolling eyes again)If these are all the flaws I can come up with then sign me up to meet this man. At any rate Marco is the epitome of a provider and very few people outside of family and close friends get to see Marco’s true self as he is constantly judged based on his outer appearance. Marco doesn't find love until he meets Brynn, and their unconventional courtship begins. This couple had me rooting for them despite some drama.

Marco Marco Marco!!!
Warning: Mild Spoiler Alert!!
What can I say more than I love Marco, I love the dynamic between him and Brynn. I like how their relationship was slow building instead of the same old 'love at first sight plot-line'. I won't get too much into the plot because I believe that part of reading is for readers to be surprised, but Ms St. Pierre did an amazing job of crafting these lead characters. I also like the supporting characters, especially Marco's friends.
Marco's reaction to Brynn's pregnancy was so real, and I could imagine that many guys faced with such news would react just the same way he did. I like how they slowly started out building a friendship that progressed into love, even though lust was present from the beginning (obviously!).
My favorite scene was definitely the club scene and it reminded me of Magic Mike and made my blood pressure rise. It was freaking hot!! My next favorite scene was Marco's first scene with his family for Sunday dinner and that was when we get to see how much this man takes unto his shoulders. He should be called Saint Marco. I also like the part when Marco confronted Turner (I was fist pumping in my head while reading that part of the book).
I felt more of a connection with Marco than I did with Brynn but that was purely because Marco's character was supremely crafted. He was there for Brynn every step of the way that one could only hope to find a man like him in real life. Reading about Brynn experience as a pregnant woman was spot on as I have been around enough pregnant women to know what they can experience throughout those nine months.
The one thing I didn't like was that parts of the book was slow but nothing that would take away from how well the story was written.
I give this book 5 out 5 stars, and I am looking forward to next book.

This is a story which really touched me, and had me thinking about this couple, Marco and Brynn, long after I had finished reading the book. The story-line was pretty straight forward, but the depth invested by the author in letting the reader get to know both characters, their backgrounds, their aspirations...this made it a really great read.
When we are first introduced to Marco, a tattoo artist who works as a gorgeous stripper in a high-end club, Indecent Exposure, I immediately thought ..."here we go, alpha male story with tons of sexy stuff!" In no way a bad thing...but... then, Marco totally surprised me! His character became this fully fleshed out, swoon-worthy ride through hardship, doing what one guy has to do to support his entire family, a closely knit captivating Hispanic family. Marco maybe young, but he is a mature family man at heart, a man who already understands and values the meaning of true love and commitment.
Then, there is Brynn. She is a school teacher, diligent, warm-hearted, and not at all the kind of girl who frequents stripper clubs. One night out with the girls at a nearby club, however, changes Brynn's life totally. After a casual drunken hook-up with Marco, events unfold which are life-transforming for both parties.
I'm going to shut-up now, so as not to spoil the plot for you, and shift to commenting about the writing instead.
The author does a really wonderful job of making you love both characters equally. Both Brynn and Marco are such good, solid, non-judgmental souls, you get taken along and absorbed in their story and I was not bored by any aspect of this book. This couple fits together on a human level in so many ways, and the author writes this beautifully, getting the reader to really root for them both. This is very good writing, and so worthy of five stars! I encourage you to check it out and see!

So Romantic!!
What a sweet romantic book.I love Brynn and Marcos story. They way they got together,the progression of their romance was perfect.Marco has spent most of his adult life taking care of his family,by any means necessary and has no regrets but when a one night stand with a beautiful woman he cant even remember, calls him with the most unexpected news,his whole world turns upside down. Brynn,a young school teacher has a rare night out with the girls and hooks up with a sexy stranger and soon, her life changes forever. I got this book on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I love a good romance every now and then and this book delivered. It was well written and gave you a real look at two people trying to find their way in an unexpected situation. You could feel the conflicting emotions they both were dealing with while trying to get to know one another for the sake of their unborn baby and see them falling in love with each other in the process. The secondary characters were great and so funny,especially the men of "Indecent Exposure". If you are in the market for a nice romantic story,look no further.

Hot anonymous sex has consequences!
This is the love journey Marco and Brynn. Is it possible for you to find your soulmate after a one night stand with a stripper that gets you pregnant?! Well that's exactly what happened to these two. They met at a bar. He was with his boys relaxing having drinks. She was with her girls celebrating at her best friend's bachelorette party. Neither Marco nor Brynn actually remember getting together.Nonetheless she is pregnant. Luckily phone numbers was exchanged. And she was able to contact him to let him know he was about to become a father. As you can imagine he didn't take it too well he didn't know her she didn't know him. As it turns out even a well put together handsome man. And not to mention a pretty decent man that any women would want-to have can be with can be insecure and not be sure of himself. This is definitely a journey that you should read. I don't want to give anything away but the scene at Indecent exposure was extremely hot!! I recommend this book to you.

Neither Marco nor Brynn actually remember getting together.Nonetheless she is pregnant. Luckily phone numbers was exchanged. And she was able to contact him to let him know he was about to become a father. As you can imagine he didn't take it too well he didn't know her she didn't know him. As it turns out even a well put together handsome man. And not to mention a pretty decent man that any women would want-to have can be with can be insecure and not be sure of himself. This is definitely a journey that you should read. I don't want to give anything away but the scene at Indecent exposure was extremely hot!! I recommend this book to you.

I received this book as an ARC reader in exchange for an honest review. Well let me tell you it was excellent. The characterers came together because of an "accident" that turned out to be a gift. Although they were instantly attracted to each other their love was a slow burn instead of a quick combustion.
It was gratifying because through this type of story telling you get to learn the main characters as well as the supporting cast but make no mistake about it Marco and Brynn's story will hold your attention and make you stay up late past your bedtime with your air conditioner all the way up. When it gets hot it is really hot. Marco the sexy stripper and Brynn the curvy beauty ... Be prepared to be throughly entertained.

Can't say enough good things!
At first I was skeptical about this book. I mean really a love story about a male stripper how can this work out. But as I read I saw that it was only a little piece of the story. Marco was my dream man, (And I'm happily married to mine) he is well spoken, has the body of Adonis and a big heart! Add to that that he's determined to be better for Brynn and you have the recipe for a great story. As a woman of color Brynn made me proud. She handled everything thrown at her with grace and dignity. She had heart,she had compassion and it showed in every decision she made. I plan to read all the stories in the I.E. series Raven St. Pierre definitely know how to tell a story!

This book sucked me in immediately. The characters were great, and some parts were really steamy. Well paced. Character development was great. Can't wait to learn about the other men from Indecent Exposure, in future books in the series. There was a small segment of the book where I was mad at Brynn, but I got over it. I wasn't mad enough to take away any stars.

DNF - Chapter 6. So slow and boring. Not sure how this has so many 5 stars. And could be this is just not the book for me. I almost DNF'D at the first line of the book when she said she was pregnant. Not a fan of pregnancy tropes at all.

This Is Gonna Be A Long One...With A Minor Spoiler Ahead!
After several people recommended this book to me I decided to give it a go...and I have to say for the most part I was very happy that I did. So the general premise of the story is girl meets hot guy in a bar they get hammered...do it in the bathroom...girl gets pregnant...and the pair have to deal with the aftermath.
Now, don't run off! lol The book ends up being pretty romantic after that...don't worry. Generally I avoid "pregnancy" stories (sorry they just aren't my thing) so when I figured out that that was what the story line was, I was pretty tempted to add this one to my DNF list. But I decided to stick it out since this book had so many great reviews...and I figured that many people couldn't be wrong. Right?!
The Hero and Heroine were actually extremely likable to me. Marco is a tattoo artist/exotic dancer who has been the secondary father figure in his family. And Brynn is a self-sufficient and well liked elementary school teacher. I liked their couple dynamic and I really enjoyed the "good-girl and bad boy" feel of their relationship. What can I say, it doesn't get old. haha The overall flow of the story was great and it managed to keep me interested throughout. I also really enjoyed how their relationship developed. It seemed like a realistic transition and had a natural build-up toward their HEA. The love scenes were also well placed, well written, and very steamy. And lord that lap dance had me like
Anywho! I liked so much about this story that I could go on and on but I'll stop myself now! lol The only gripe I had with this book was how the heroine kind of pushed Marco into quitting dancing. Now I know that the decision was "technically" his own. But the way the Brynn gave him the ultimatum then sort of "took it back" but then was rejoicing after he told her he had quit. IDK call me crazy but I felt like in the beginning of the book Marco's other job was framed as something that he did not only for extra money but because it was something he enjoyed. And while I totally get that having a boyfriend or husband who works in an adult industry is not for everyone or for the faint of heart...I feel like if you love someone and you accept them for who they are...why would she try and change him? Marco had made it abundantly clear that he loved her, and he had been both faithful and honest through the entire story so I didn't understand her hangup about "not having all of him." Brynn also had known what Marco did from the "semi" beginning and if it wasn't something that Marco was ashamed of, then why was she? Lol perhaps I'm getting too caught up in this story...but that was something that kind of irked me about the end of this book. It was kind of like the author wanted to put the couple into a neat and tidy traditional HEA box, and I didn't necessarily agree with that.
But that aside this book was awesome! Definitely two thumbs up

Just another FABULOUS novel by Mrs. Raven!! The character development was awesome!! That is one of my fave things about this author is that she takes her time in giving her characters depth and personality! I also love the detail that she puts into her descriptions of the scene! I can see the characters so clearly when I read her books!!! That's why her books are ALWAYS on my re-read list!!
I loved the slow-burn romance of Brynn and Marco! They did have to fight themselves to really give it a chance, but once they did...BAM!!! I also love Marco's family! They truly are the family you want to be part of! Caring, loyal, supportive, loud, talkative, nosy, and cooks some really good food!!! I loved the way they took Brynn in and how they loved her too! Marco is a standup guy who wants to do nothing but protect and nurture and love! Brynn is a wholesome young woman who wants to do the same for the baby and for her heart!! But when Marco and Brynn give in to fate, their romance is so sweet and hot and passionate and lovely! Can't wait to read the rest of the Indecent Exposure series!!!
There are some damn HOTTTTTTTTTTT scenes too!!! Getcha fans ready ladies!!! And you BOTTLE of vino!!!!

Marco and Brynn were made for each other. No, their relationship didn't start out the usual, but they made it work. I love how both of them didn't pressure each other and made a difficult situation worst. They were gentle and careful with each other and work together for the arrival of their child. I love how they weren't bitter and hateful towards each other. Instead, they embraced their situation and found common ground until they fell for each other. I love how they both were grounded in family and how they received support and love from family and friends. Marco was a guy, who would do anything for his family and to keep them from struggling. I love how he even went to bat for Brynn about her job. It was understandable that Brynn wasn't sure about his night job, but she was willing to look over it in the end, so they can be together. I enjoyed the friendship between the guys, and how they were there for Marco and starting an education fund for the baby... what a thoughtful gift. I love how Marco said that "the pregnancy wasn't a mistake even though it may not have been in our plans..." meaning, it was in God's plan for them to have her and to be together. I really enjoyed this book, and I can't wait to read book two. I love how this book went from an indecent exposure to an exposed love.

I flew through this book in a matter of hours. From the first sentence to the last it hooks you. The emotional range is so intense, the characters are real, and the story crawls into your soul and gets you right in the feels. This is my first book by this author and I will definitely be picking up more!!

Okay, I don't want to say too much and give away any of the juicy details but this was a really good read. I loved it from beginning to end. It is certainly not an instant love but because of their circumstances-we all see it happen gradually. The attraction is their for sure so its bound to happen. I loved Marco's loyalty and the fact that he took care of those he loves with no complaint. He just did it. I will NEVER listen to 'Own It' by Drake the same again. Whenever I hear it now I'll smile and think of Marco and Brynn. I'm looking forward to reading the future stories of Marco's brothers(not real brothers) and fellow Indecent Exposure men and I would recommend this to any and everyone that enjoys a good story. I was thoroughly entertained and focused throughout the whole reading. Being in the male entertainment business, they had to overcome a lot of stuff but I don't wanna give anything away so...
Seriously do yourself a favor and grab a copy of this when its released!

I loved this book. From beginning to end it held my interest. When I wasn't reading it , I wanted to be reading it. Marco depicts my idea of a real stand up man. I like that this story doesn't have the main characters falling in love at first sight , but you get a chance at watching love grow. You will have to love Brynn because she is so sweet down to earth. I like the way this story is told. It is not rushed. You feel as though you know every character in the book because of the way the author introduces them in the story. They all click. You can visualize them. It's like watching a movie . The book flows very well . You're not left hanging or trying to guess what happened or what will happen. It is all there in black and white. As I said before , I loved this book. Marco is well written. It is not rushed. The characters are developed. It is a great read. You actually feel good after reading it. Thank you Raven St Pierre I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review , and that is what I have given it.

I loved, loved, loved this book! Marco was the highlight of the story. He is one of my favorite heroes. He was sexy, level-headed and all about family. He even helped his mama cook!!!! He took care of his responsibilities and stepped up and took care of Brynn even though they were practically strangers. He did everything in his power to be the backbone of his family. His family reminded me of my own. They were so loving and accepting but put each other in their places when necessary. The author did a great job with the sexual tension and relationship building. It was believable with just the right amount of angst and flowed naturally. I did feel like Marco was almost too perfect. I would have like stronger flaws but I still loved his character. This was the first book I've read from this author, but I will definitely read more of her books.
