This was one of my first cookbooks when I moved out of the house. I know I've made at least one recipe from it - Souper Easy Quiche. It came out yummy. Not sure why I didn't use this more. The formula is simple - choose a soup from a selected list, choose a veggie, a liquid, something else like a meat or garnish, and go. Looking through this now I think I might try another recipe or two.

I actually have the hardback edition with 19,000 recipes, not 10,000 recipes. The hardback one does not have the picture with it, though.
